Looking for someone from EU who can receive a Letter for me - offer (50$ in BTC)

I want to open an account with an exchanger but they require a mailing address in EU to send a Debitcard to.

However I'm not sure where are you located, if you want me to forward you the letter, $50 might not be enough.
