this may due to two reasons:
The first reason is that the coin or token has no real value.
The second reason is the large sale of those who got his coin  free such as airdrop.
Isn't that true?

The market conditions are generally poor and cryptocurrency traders are not happy buying at the moment. So this causes a general poor volume flowing towards newly listed altcoins also, the high bonuses given to investors makes them dump easily at exchange listing. To add salt to the injury would be if the developers distribute airdrop or bounty rewards too at listing

   It`s like that when we have so many new projects around, and to many traders. Where are the people who invest
and hold?
   New projects can do much in short period of time, how to develop so fast? Early investors, bounty hunters, and all
others who have coins create a massive dump, supply goes to sky and without demand price must go down.
   I have many coins/tokens that worth less then before, but I have faith in those projects in long-term, they will recover
their prices and rise more, when they become fully developed.

It is not in the 2 reasons that you set out. I have my own opinion and want to share with you.
Since tokens are heavily depreciated after being listed on exchange, the only major factor is that the CEO no longer cares about the value of the tokens.

Those CEOs only see investors as a stepping stone for them and they just need to use our money and not give us any value. because there is no binding financial statement or quarterly profit distribution when investing. You are absolutely right.  I always said that the developers themselves are primarily responsible for the problems of token pricing, because the team is only worried about collecting as many funds from investors as possible, but in no way does it avoid possible problems after listing.  There are such projects that find no way out of a difficult situation in order to preserve the value of the coin.  In this situation, for a team that lacks professionalism, it is very convenient to blame someone else, including the Bounty Hunters, for the drop in token prices after listing.

I do not agree with you. There are many long-term investors who believe in the success of the project. There are those who buy coins and want to sell them by earning on the bonuses they received when buying, but they are not the ones who lower the price the most - they will not sell cheaper than they bought. But, it can be a mistake of the developers if they gave too large discounts.

I hope you can see what was happening in the market. This time a lot of long term investors have become the short term investors and that means if they are interesting to buy a coin with a lot of discount.

of course developer don;t have any control in market but in other position they can buyback the token if don't want to see the token price crash in market.

few developer do it to make planning to buyback token from market and burn them, like some project in Binance Launchpad the developer buyback the token and burn them, or we can follow Binance action to buyback Binance token when the token still based on ethereum and burn them, so the price still not crash in market
