It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I Dont need that,anyone can scan the wallet for virusess or test it on virtual machines or whatever
people wont even need to click on it,just to put on the folder and the client will found it alone am i right ?
i just need to see the balance of the wallet,dont want scam anyone
Don't you know your address? You can check it for free with some tools, search on google.
