Is it true that TRX TRON will hit its ATL (All time low?)

IMO it looks like that the coin is going to be hitting its ATL, if this happens then we will see that the total market cap of this token will be reduced to 10 million in total, then may be when bitcoin will hit its new ATH in around 2020, & all the cryptocurrencies will get a minimum 50% to maximum 10000% or more boom then I can expect based on some popular cryptocurrency analyzers that the coin will hit its ATH, I don't know that how much it will increase but I think it will make it stable to that price where it should be.

Tron has been experiencing a big fall in its market value. Today it has fallen nearly 10% from its market value. Though there is big drop in value with most of the cryptocurrencies, what tron has been experiencing is quite big and this could lead to the market reach its all time low value which can be good for long term profiting. Before this there is good growth with tron during the launch of bittorrent pairing with tron. Once after that there is no big price move with tron which might happen with 2020.

No one knows! All major cryptos are facing the downfall inclusding stable coins like TUSD or USDT. These stablecoins usually show an upward trend during any downfall, but this time it is somewhat different! Even the bitcoin hash rate has decreased by a big percentage from 22 September. So something is going on to the market which we have no idea about!

Given the fact, that bitcoin's market dominance is around 69%, it is possible for other cryptos to see a rally along with bitcoin. But no one knows about the time! How can you claim that all cryptos will see a new ATH in and around 2020?? What substancial proof you have to prove this claim?

TRX has been 0.000001BTC for a long time if by ATL means 1 satoshi, it would be a failure for all the project using the platform. You can actually see projects where prices in USD is $0.0002, trading in this coin are still very much alive. As long its been traded i dont see for us to get worried about. All time low? This thing doesnt only applied with TRX but also on other other alts as well.
We wouldnt know on what would be the price nor the future lies ahead.BTC is also going down to 9k or might even go back to the track.
