Bear market has occurred and although the market is still bleeding but at least this time the market is able to create strong resistance, because at least the rise and fall of prices can occur quickly every day which shows the market will maintain its value so that there is no too deep decline, because after all it's time to recover even though recovery is slow.

The price of bitcoin has been going down for some time but now things are getting interesting, if the price of bitcoin can remain close to the current levels then when we get the halving we could get a positive correction similar to what we saw during this year.

But if the price goes down then there is a real risk the price could keep going down until the end of the year in which case the halving may not bring the profits most of the members of the forum are expecting.

In general, I don't see any recovery on altcoins yet, the only recovery I'm seeing this year is the recovery of bitcoin but most altcoins did not recover and some even get dump more. OP was right that its bleeding heavily, if you have invested in 2017, you will understand how people feel because when I am looking in my portfolio, things are very disappointing.

When you invest in the highest peak for sure your disappointment is very huge if you still holding your assets, it's not the case with those who invested earlier and experienced the bull. All them are very satisfied and most become richer or financially established. We do have different approaches regarding to how to keep surviving with this industry we should look further in how we can manage to survive and succeed.

As I know, only the coins in the top 50 CMC can gain good prices because the market is not clear at this time so take time to think before making a decision. I think the market is very unpredictable now and any investment will be high risk, the best way is to wait and look for other opportunities next year. I personally am very worried about my long term investment but will continue to keep it instead of selling for the time being.

As I know, only the coins in the top 50 CMC can gain good prices because the market is not clear at this time so take time to think before making a decision. Altcoin season will definitely come back at the latest after Bitcoin halving. Maybe around August to October next year. Actually, this market is heavily dependent on Bitcoin so if this coin cannot rise then we will not have many opportunities to make a profit this year. I have been following this market for the past year and not much has changed so 2020 will still be a bad year for everyone. Now it's best to sit still and only hold fiat until the bear market is over.
