S9 Board repair - Are these guys ok? What about thr Ebay kits?

Hi All

I usually sell my dead boards for peanuts on Ebay but i have stumbled across these guys whilst searching.

I am based in the UK so China/USA if not worth it.

I also searched Ebay and seen some monitoring tool, solder square thing, but i know the connections are absolutely tiny and require a decent/expensive flow station i presume?

Any advise on above before i sell a load cheap as faulty.
