Lollipop has nothing to do with security tokens.That is, it is not tied to securities and it does not fall under the jurisdiction of the SEC.

I feel you and truly understand you, specially for $20 dollars worth.  Perhaps the investor should also be part of all you do as an spectator and not dictate your vision.  I wish you good tidings and hope you can resolve this where all involved are considered and respected too.  Good luck sir and please keep us posted.

My opinion is better to change the contract than to have further relations with such an investor. He is absolutely not interested in the development of the project, and he showed it in his actions. It is better to start from scratch before it is too late.

I know you are in a bad situation right now but suddenly closing the ann, bounty thread and Discord will make it even worse. You should have just locked the ann thread and bounty thread and keep updating the server telling the community about what you are dealing with. Right now the old members are scattered and they might not know you have opened the Discord again, your action was impulsive causing harm to the project and the trust you have gained. This guy is a terrible soul. He is one of the bad actors of crypto world. You don’t have money, you met someone who agreed and paid 0.2BTC to list your token and you walk away from such investor. So you expect the investor to lose 0.2BTC because of your stupidity. Whoever will invest again in illusion of a dream should be waiting to be scammed. Because you don’t invest money in your project it’s easy for you to walk away. Whoever starts a project  with $0?

You owe everyone everywhere and expect you will meet someone on social Media to pay all your bills because you are Jesus Christ? If you don’t have money, why don’t you do some work to raise money and invest in the basic things of your project? Now you are looking for pity from the crypto community? You are just unbelievable.
