If you do so then you will find a lot of users are moving to your forum to make posts however you will also need some mods to monitor unsubstantial posts too - if you want to keep the forum clean.

how do they expect at the same time non-constructive, low-value posts not to be spam?

I agree with Royse777. He has to use escrow for this offer. 2.23BTC is a big amount just for spamming on the forum.

I do not expect anyone to try to scam others with fake/spam posts in that forum and try to pay others legitimately. Especially with prizes.
It is a joke to waste your time because everyone will notice the increase of posts in a certain period and then decrease significantly during the coming days.
Instead, assign talented people from this forum to enrich your forum content or copy/paste high-quality posts after mentioning sources. 2.23BTC is enough for that

I suggest you add more local boards, people like to chat in their local language and I also suggest that you don't implement the default trust, feedback and merit system... let people do the kind of post that they want to do, if you are too hard on people and saying things like "don't do shit post" they will just leave your forum and another thing, try to get the devs' sympathy for them to create ANN Thread of their projects on Your forum. it is very important that you get devs to create ANN threads in your forum if you want to succeed with your forum.

If yes, your forum must have rules and board for that forum's related things. As of writing, there is nothing on rules. You can manage your forum without rules (if you are really serious to build up a good one).

Moderators (if that forum actually hires someone) can not do anything without rules.

How about max post cap per day?
By now, it seems poster who makes highest posts till the end of that contest will win, as my inference from contest's details.

Did you escrow the funds yet? Just 4 days remaining till the third of October! Am really interrested in this forum sticked in my signature, how and why promoting the forum in this way!! If they can pay high amounts for promotion, why not yet hiring more devs and mods to maintain the growth?

With this kind of contest, i can admit that the new forum doesn't care about to build a good reputation, exactly like Yobit exchange. Unfortunetly, we can't yet admit that they are associated. If not, then why using a Yobit panel while hiring a manager (yahoo) .
