Hi Guys,
I hope you are able to help me out.

I had a Mycelium Wallet on my Samsung phone. That phone broke. I just have my 12 words. Nothing else.

In Mycelium I had 1 Main Wallet plus 21 HD Wallets.
On all 21 Wallets I had 0 BTC.
I have transfered all my funds to HD Wallet Number 22.

Today I bought a new Samsung phone and installed Mycelium.
I recovered my my account with that 12 words but it just displays only my 1st account which has exactly 0BTC on it.

What can I do that Mycelium app will search automaticly for me other 21 HD wallets,....if you have any ideas, please tell me. I am so confused and think that I have lost all my money.

You have two options:

1) Generate 21 more HD wallets in mycelium for your 22nd to show up, or
2) Import your mnemonic code into another wallet (e.g. electrum) with the correct derivation path to directly access your 22nd hd wallet.

Option 1) gives you your "old" mycelium wallet with all the accounts as it was supposed to be.
Option 2) requires you to create a new wallet on your mobile to send all funds over there.

It depends on how you want your wallet to be managed. If you don't care about the 21 first HD wallets, option 2) will probably be faster for you as well as 'better managable'.
If you do want your wallet as it was before getting your new mobile, option 1) is for you.

Warning: New users have been scammed through PM! Don't trust anyone who sends you a private message about this.

1) Generate 21 more HD wallets in mycelium for your 22nd to show up
I think this is the safest and most foolproof option.

Go to accounts tab and tap the +key icon in the top right. Then choose HD account from the next screen. Keep doing this until you see the account with the coins.

If that doesn't work then tell me what the first character of the address where you sent the coins is.

On this HD wallet Number 22 > 38yZDiKULTpmRRTG3YC3Ba81HzBmAL8HjA I have 2700 USD but I still cannot access them.

When I am trying to create a new HD Wallet on my Samsung phone I will be asked that it is impossible to create a new HD Wallet without using that one before.

So my trick was to send BTC from Wallet Number 1 to HD Wallet Number 2 until I had reached HD wallet number 22.

http://xup.in/dl,63413861

Nothing changed in my balance when I have reached HD Wallet number 22.

But this is my actual balance > https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/38yZDiKULTpmRRTG3YC3Ba81HzBmAL8HjA

So it should be around 2700USD on HD Wallet number 22. I never opened more HD Wallets. Number 22 HD Wallet was the highest I ever opened and this was the last I had created.

I do not understand that you mean by ^2) Import your mnemonic codeˆ

I hope someone can help me out. I will give that person 100Euro in BTC.

You do have your 12 words, right ?

To restore them using electrum do the following:

1. Download electrum from https://electrum.org/#home
2. Verify the downloaded file
3. Create a new wallet -> choose "create standard wallet"
4. Choose "i already have a seed"
5. Click "options" and tick "bip39"
6. Enter your mnemonic code (the 12 words)
7. Choose "p2sh-segwit (p2wpkh-p2sh)"
8. Enter this derivation path: m/49'/0'/21'
9. (Optional) set a password

Afterwards you should be able to access all of your coins which were stored in your 22nd HD wallet in mycelium.

Yes, I have my 12 words.

I did exactly as you have described in here

You do have your 12 words, right ?

To restore them using electrum do the following:

1. Download electrum from https://electrum.org/#home
2. Verify the downloaded file
3. Create a new wallet -> choose "create standard wallet"
4. Choose "i already have a seed"
5. Click "options" and tick "bip39"
6. Enter your mnemonic code (the 12 words)
7. Choose "p2sh-segwit (p2wpkh-p2sh)"
8. Enter this derivation path: m/49'/0'/21'
9. (Optional) set a password

Afterwards you should be able to access all of your coins which were stored in your 22nd HD wallet in mycelium.

Afterwards it just shows me exactly the BTC amount which I used to create HD Wallet after trying to restore my mycelium wallet.
That means > my phone broke > I bought a new phone > I installed mycelium on the new phone > I restored mycelium with my 12 words > I could not see my 21 HD Wallets so I followed the steps from Abdussamad
Go to accounts tab and tap the +key icon in the top right. Then choose HD account from the next screen. Keep doing this until you see the account with the coins.

If that doesn't work then tell me what the first character of the address where you sent the coins is.

> after following Abdussamad steps I created 22 new HD wallets by sending 1USD worth of BTC to my main wallet and keep creating new HD Wallets until I reached 22 new ones in the hope that my old HD amount will be restored.

Afterwards I have tried every step you have said bob123
You do have your 12 words, right ? > yes I have.

To restore them using electrum do the following:

1. Download electrum from https://electrum.org/#home
2. Verify the downloaded file
3. Create a new wallet -> choose "create standard wallet"
4. Choose "i already have a seed"
5. Click "options" and tick "bip39"
6. Enter your mnemonic code (the 12 words)
7. Choose "p2sh-segwit (p2wpkh-p2sh)"
8. Enter this derivation path: m/49'/0'/21'
9. (Optional) set a password

Afterwards you should be able to access all of your coins which were stored in your 22nd HD wallet in mycelium.

After I have tried step by step it shows exactly the amount I have on my new HD wallets which I had created because the user Abdussamad told me that it will be the solution.

It means in detail > I had on my old phone 1 main wallet plus 21 HD Wallets.
After I bought my new phone I have followed Abdussamad instructions and created 22 new HD wallets in the hope that it will find my old BTC amounts which I had on my old HD wallets.

Guys and girls > If anyone has an answer which could help me to have access on my 2700USD then I would like to send that person 100USD. This is no joke.

Ok, so you had 22 HD wallets in your Mycelium app. Now the thing is: if you need to deposit in the antecedent wallet to generate the next one (to create the 2, you need to deposit on 1, etc...), which is the reason why you had to send a small amount to every wallet until the 22th, then you must have done something similar (used each wallet) before generating the 22th (in the old device), right? Then how did none of these balances showed up, and you had to deposit again, when you imported the seed in your new device?

1. Are you 100% you are using the right seed?
2. Why did you have 22 HD wallets? Did you deposit in each of them (while using the old device)?

If you restored in electrum like bob123 said then the balance would be slightly different because you're restoring only one HD account i.e. the 22nd one. Electrum only supports one HD account per wallet. So are you sure the balance is the same as what you are seeing in mycelium?

Mycelium doesn't let you create new HD accounts if you have an unused HD account already. Unused here doesn't mean empty it means accounts that have never received or sent any money. If you actually used 21 accounts in the past then mycelium would not have complained when you tried to add new accounts to your restored wallet. So I believe that the seed you have is for a different wallet. Look for the seed for the correct wallet.

Yes I am 100% sure to use the right 12 words because I just have created 1 time those 12 words.
Yes I had 22 HD Wallets in my Mycelium app.
Yes I have used my old HD Wallets for BTC ATMs. These BTC ATMs often require new wallets, because there are 24h limits. That is the reason I created those 21 HD wallets.

After I did what bob123 have said I saw the in my HD account all my new 21 or 22 HD wallets whoch I had created but not the old ones with the bigger BTC amounts in it.

You do have your 12 words, right ?

To restore them using electrum do the following:

1. Download electrum from https://electrum.org/#home
2. Verify the downloaded file
3. Create a new wallet -> choose "create standard wallet"

Because I was so much into panic I also downloaded mycelium on my iphone and I created there also ONE HD wallet.

It is so confusing, I know.

I am going to give that one who helps me instead of 100 USD > 200USD in BTC. It won t kill me. Someone will be a bit happy if he knows how to do it and me also. Happyness for everyone.

Let me explain it step by step.

1. My phone is and was not 100% broke. It just act weird. The phone cannot receive Wifi. The phone can use telegram and other apps but not Mycelium.
2. I tried to start mycelium and it stopped working.
3. I deleted mycelium and reinstalled it but it still does not start. Every other app works.
4. I bought a new samsung phone.
5. I installed mycellium.
6. I recovered my wallet by entering those 12 words. It worked.
7. On my main wallet I had 0 BTC. On my 22 or 23 HD Wallet I had 2700USD in BTC.
8. A friend sended me 1USD to my Wallet that I am able to create 21 or 22 HD Wallets as Abdussamad told me.
9. I created 21 or 22 HD wallets but nothing have changed in my balance.
10. Then I did this

Create a new wallet -> choose "create standard wallet"
Choose "i already have a seed"
Click "options" and tick "bip39"
Enter your mnemonic code (the 12 words)
Choose "p2sh-segwit (p2wpkh-p2sh)"
Enter this derivation path: m/49'/0'/21'

11. On my 21st HD wallet was exactly that amount which is shown on my old phone.

On blockchain I can see that my wallet still has around 2700USD but it does not show up inside electrum nor in mycelium.

Maybe I overwrote my old 21 or 22 HD Wallets from the previous phone by creating on the new phone 22 or 23 new HD wallets.

try this: long tap the 22nd account in mycelium and then choose reload account from the menu in the top right. do this for the 21st and 23rd accounts as well.

I also suggest you ask for help in the mycelium subforum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=231.0 . The people there might have a better idea about how mycelium works.

Back to the beginning:
I recovered my my account with that 12 words but it just displays only my 1st account which has exactly 0BTC on it.
Does it show any transactions in your first HD wallet? There must have been some, before your balance went back to 0 again and you created the next HD wallet.

Maybe I overwrote my old 21 or 22 HD Wallets from the previous phone by creating on the new phone 22 or 23 new HD wallets.
That's not how this works, a HD-wallet is supposed to be forever, as long as you have the correct seed and derivation path.

Yes I have used my old HD Wallets for BTC ATMs. These BTC ATMs often require new wallets, because there are 24h limits. That is the reason I created those 21 HD wallets.
For future use: a new address is probably enough, instead of creating a new wallet each time.

Do you see any history of transaction on electrum for the 22nd HD wallet you created ?
Or is the history (history-tab) blank ?

You might also try the derivation path m/49'/0'/20' and m/49'/0'/22'
They represent HD wallet 21 resp. 23 on Mycelium. Do you see any history at all ?

Looks like either OP managed to restore the wallet (or someone managed to scam their 12 words out of them Tongue)... The address OP mentioned earlier was emptied in this transaction.

Really hope it was the OP that moved those coins.
