@OP Even if you were legit (I dont think so, sorry), nobody would send $11 to a stranger - not even that low amount - after all, you are not able to pay 11 bucks for your hosting and talk about getting loans and repaying quickly? ...

Really? 11$ is ridiculous. You can earn much more if you just start looking for information about making money on the Internet, in particular using cryptocurrency. Think about it. But in no case do not recommend you get into the bucks, unless of course you know how to attract referrals.
