No one knows. This could either be the short-mid term price floor($160), or we could easily easily drop lower. You might think the current price is "extremely low", but though I'm not saying it will, it could definitely still drop a lot lower than that. Same applies for BTC.

My suggestion: Just dollar-cost average[1] so you wouldn't need to make guesses on which price to buy in at.

It's completely up to you. I am all into bitcoins however I have some NEO and ETH and most of my ETH I bought at the price of 0.023BTC. If you have long term holding plan then you can buy but please do not make up your mind unless you are 100% sure.

First of all, this is not an extremely low position. FYI, a few months ago ETH reached sub $100 and going deeper from that on. Compared to before, ETH is higher by 50%.
and about your position, it is not about how good but instead it is all about you. Let's say ETH reaches $100 again next week, can you hold it or not?
if you can afford to hold it until it reaches your desired target, that means right now is a good time to buy it. But if you can not afford to hold it because you need some cash a week later or something like that. That means, right now is not a good time to do that.

Schedule your time and resources, and do not forget to read a latest news about cryptocurrency. Because it can help you in determining the strategy and the market flow.

It's up to you if you want to buy ethereum but for me it is a good chance to buy a lot of it and hold it. Buying any crypto at a low price is good because you just need to wait until price goes up and you just sell it in that moment. Maybe try to buy now and wait few couple of month.

ETH 2.0 is coming at January 2020

BTC already crushed all alt coins. ETH also crushed with them.

Prices are at very reasonable bands.

If you are long term investor, you can buy without checking 1-2 USD movements.

If you will trade, just place partial buy orders and same time follow for breakout.

All of us do really have that kind of question yet we do always ask on where is the bottom anytime.
Yes, ETH is on low position and so as with other alts as well even Bitcoin.Idea to buy now?
If you can handle such risk or considering short trades then go on but if you do go for long term
then i dont see that price will vary or concerns too much.No one can help you out since
no one can predict on what would be the future of these prices.

However, I took the risk to buy 5 ETH today, knowing fully well that it can dump more but I strongly believe I'll smile in the long run.

It's considerably good when it has hit $80 or lower than that but we've seen about to break $300 just for this year. The 'low price' of ethereum right now depends on your decision, as for me it's already a good price to buy on when it was $160 a few moments ago.

And it has quickly increased to $174 now. Knowing how good the coin you're investing is good and that's why you are asking it to know the everyone's opinion about that coin but about the price, only yourself can determine how low it is right now.

But I'd be looking for $500+ for Ethereum honestly.

Well, I'd love to see it move back to $10k but I think and it looks so hard at this time. The market keeps moving down and some of us get into the panic selling causing them to sell it which fuels the price to fall more.

However, I took the risk to buy 5 ETH today, knowing fully well that it can dump more but I strongly believe I'll smile in the long run.

Good luck to you mate. I'm not saying that it is in the wrong timing to buy and risk our money with ETH but apparently its price will possibly drop more and if you could wait of a little bit more time, you can catch the lowest price offered in the market. Only we need to closely checked and monitor its progress.

because people only can predict the price, but the fact they can't guarantee if their predictions will go in the right directions

Why not buy now and forget about it in months? See, ETH dumped when BTC did as well but including the whole market but it is surprising that ETH is still at $170+ but if you can see it should be at least 150$ if btc is like the current price so just like what they say eth 2.0 will be 2020 so a qurter(3months) is actually good hold.

It's a good idea but better to spread your money to invest in the various coins that was having a huge potential, right now a little recovery is going back again but bulltrap is always there.
It looks like this is the best time to buy right now.
To decrease the chance to get a loss caused by the bulltrap and you must think to put the amounts that you can afford to lose.
Major recovery is not happened yet.

It all depends on how quickly you're trying to turn a profit. If you're only going to hold it a week or so, then no, it's not. However, if you plan on holding it for a a couple of years or so, then yeah, it's a great price point to get in on.

Nowadays everyone concentrate the trading platform and It is two different way to sell and buy so before to buy Ethereum you platform the duration. I think it's good to buy ETH now when the price is still cheap. Now the price is $174 and it's likely the price will continue to rise.

According to my predictions and some technical analysts, the chart shows that the price of ETH will continue to drop at $ 133 and Bitcoin will breach the support of $ 7k4 to fall at $ 6k8.
This is the judgment of quite a lot of experts because I have collected analyzes from many large groups on telegram.

How could you say ETH is in low position? Check the total supply &  price. I think the ETH price is still overpriced. But I am accumulating ETH right now Because most the crypto investors are uneducated & lazy they will invest without knowing anything. Always invest if you can afford to lose the money. ETH Price maybe already too high but who knows crypto market always been unusual. We might see ETH again over $1000. If you want to still invest in ETH you may but don't trade with emotion. you can put 60% on BTC & 40% on other altcoins & create an investment portfolio.
