I think it’s worth waiting for some cryptocurrency news next week before deciding whether to buy, sell or hold, depending on the circumstances!
 for me this is a good chance to buy a lot and keep it. Buying any crypto at a low price is good. You just need to wait until the price goes up to sell it at that moment. Maybe try to buy now and wait a few months.
if you can afford to keep it until you reach your goal. This means that now is the right time to buy it. But if you cannot afford to keep it because you need cash, for example in a week, This means that now is not the right time to do it!

If you find it cheaper to buy than the price before then why not? It's entirely up to you if you want it now or wait for another dip but i don't think you will find another dip on it if the entire altcoins following the trend of Bitcoin. Just take the risk to invest it if you have the money at least you are the one who will benefit it in the end.

I see Bitcoin at a lower position than ETH, for the past 3 days Bitcoin has a higher reduction rate than ETH, so I think you should invest in Bitcoin instead of ETH? I have lots of options for my investments.
If I choose to hold, I can choose Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum. Short-term options you can choose ONE and BTT, which are quite profitable as well as Pundi X or ETN.

Each person will have different thoughts about predicting the trend of the next market. But I'm one of those positive people who always think about the good days of the cryptocurrency market.

I think this is not a good time to speculate on any coins. Because the short-term chart of ETH has yet to show any signs of recovery, but the long-term chart has shown its decline in the coming weeks.
There have been many professional traders who think that the price of ETH will continue to fall with Bitcoin, which will drop at $ 144 or $ 136 after looking at the long-term chart.

You are very optimistic and as a supporter of ETH I can definitely say that it is possible! Especially with the current state and I am quite surprised that it is not that affected when btc is moving fast! Speculation will always come, and good or bad prediction maybe can help people to make decision. If afraid and panic, people will sell their investment. What they afraid, they afraid to lose money. That is why i said we must use ruies of "invest what you can afford to lose".

ethereum is a good coin mate and no need to worry if it's very low now , because in fact it's an opportunity for you to buy while it's affordable . . Soon you will realize that . Because honestly there's no way it will go deeper than your thoughts  . Just check the chart if you have doubts. .you wil see how many time it fluctuate but when there's a progress on other coins it always do the same as well afterwards. Not people  can afford  to lose since there are several who want  to play safe that's why same as OP he ask if these days are perfect time to get some ETH, But I would give a shot on it since as on my simple perspective ETH is strong coin and for OP to get some future  info much better if he learn  to read the candle sticks and other things can help him to learn about trading.

You will not find someone who can answer this question for sure, in every decision you will take risk. IMO it is difficult for ETH to increase without BTC's price increase. Small movements will of course be but there must be a good reason for the increase of over 20%. Nowadays making any decision is not easy because no valid reason for this, accordingly the next movement remains unknown.

I think these days might be a good time to invest in altcoins, specially strong ones like ETH.

Sure it might go higher or lower, and you might be unable to catch the absolute bottom (like everyone else is), but hopefully in a future bull market the value of your crypto would go so high that  it won't matter much.
