There are a few bitcoin-oriented charities. Here is one: https://www.bitgivefoundation.org. Many businesses accept bitcoins for payment. Probably the best known is the Pineapple Fund, an anonymous person who donated $55 million to various charities: https://https://pineapplefund.org

There are churches around the world that accept bitcoin, and whether this is being used for charities is not revealed to the public. I don't think there is possibility to invest into something similar to the real estate.
When it comes to startups there are firms being supported by the large cryptocurrency networks. Recently eos funded a startup, same happened with Binance and these startups work along with them.

There are some exchanges that allow you to lend btc to them, and they give you interest rates like 5% per year or something like that.
But the risk is enormous, as they are going to have the private keys of your bitcoins. If the exchange has any problem, if it closes or get hacked, your bitcoins are gone.

we have not yet reached enough adoption to have something like that specially for altcoins that so far have near zero adoption and are only used as short term trading toys by day traders. so all you can find is usually the same investing one coin in another when that other coin is getting pumped to increase the amount of first coin you have. with bitcoin you may find some options for investment, usually it is in a bitcoin-related business that are looking for increasing their capital. be very careful what you trust though, since there are lots of scammers out there trying to abuse the irreversibly of bitcoin and rob you.

There are alot of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency related investment but the real question is how legit and reliable are these investment avenues. But a lot of these investment do not really have any specific physical products backing their digital coins or tokens. The basic form of real investment is either trading or buying and holding the crypto coin till it increases in market value...

I know Poloniex give this way to their members to lend their bitcoin, but I don't know how much the interest rates. I think that is what we can choose if we want to use investing in our bitcoin. I think he can try to visit on stakecube.net or btcpop to lend his bitcoin, but I never try with that site so he will need to be careful. And when it's come to the donation, I prefer to convert my bitcoin to cash so I can send using fiat to their bank account. I think that is the easiest way that I can do if I want to donate some of my profit. But I don't know about the website which accepts donation using cryptocurrency because I never use that way, maybe other members have those experience.

About investment, I always see the ads of nexo.io on different videos that I watch. I've seen reviews about them and they even ran a signature campaign here before. Personally, I haven't used them but it seems that those reviews aren't so bad at all. You may explore their website and check the terms and rates per annum. https://nexo.io/

Ok so I have seen some stuff online where people allows you to make the payment in Bitcoins but at the same time they charge you a little more . You can buy cars and houses and other things with Bitcoins but then again it's something that's hard to find ..I don't think you need another investment when Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies are investments itself.

Actually there is. 25th September, Waves announced a partnership with travala.com .@travalacom, the foremost blockchain-based hotel booking platform, now accepts payments in $WAVES! Book your accomodation in 230 countries and enjoy exclusive discounts! For bookings made before 7 October, you'll also get 5% cashback in WAVES. #waves And I remember more than ten projects about real estate or cars. But I guess there is no one which accomplished its mission yet. For example Alt.Estate Devolve developer Element Estates And I think we can find a lot of them...

Well if you're searching for something legit I would suggest to search for Security tokens, that's the only legitimate way to invest in something like real state but in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. As far I know there isn't any website out there to get loans, or at least to get funded to start a business. It sounds like a good idea, but also it could have it's drawbacks maybe that's why we don't have any website yet (as far I know) dyor to fund business with money of fools.

I have not seen any company that is presently using bitcoin fully and then accepting bitcoin as investment except all those ICO and IEO, and the only way you can still invest your bitcoin right now and then get it multiplied is when you start trading with the coin, trading could help you continue to grow your coin, but it will require much effort from you which you also have to learned how to be able to trade. Before we can start seeing companies that you can see physically that is accepting bitcoin, it would be until the government fully legalize cryptocurrency or regulate it before most industries that has been interested can have the courage to come up with such idea to meet up with your own need, but for now, just to trade or pick an IEO project to invest in.

You should check the angel.co directory. There you can find numerous start-ups many of them operating in the cryptocurrency industry. A company that is solely accepting Bitcoin?.. personally I don't know any example of that. I know that Overstock is a big retailer that accepts Bitcoin though and its business hasn't been founded through an ICO. For donations/tipping tippin.me is a great service if you ask me Practically anyone can create a profile and start accepting tips in Bitcoin. How cool is that?

Of course bitcoin and cryptocurrency are real investments. I'm legit surprised that people are askin questions like this and are still in doubt at this time. We have seen a lot of people invest in cryptocurrencies over the years, and made huge profits, and at this time, if there is any question we should be asking, it should "how do I go about my investments?" or "what are the investment options?" and not whether or not investing in cryptocurrencies is real.

I don't know if there's already existing like that besides from donations... But ut would be good for crypto if there's actually businesses who accepts bitcoin as an investment but I think it's a big risk for entities since bitcoin is very volatile but it's still possible if there's a company who would accept such investment.

Regarding real estate, there are a couple projects in crypto that are involved in real estate, I remember seeing one where they'd use your crypto to build buildings and then you'd get a hefty dividend every month or so.
Try google some real-estate crypto projects, as for fairly safe investment options, I've always thought the best ones where bankrolling casinos, as it's a fairly good interest rate with little to no risk (if you can work with a big company).
For donations, water project would be my pick - they accept BTC as well as other payment options, and they have a great motive.

Of course they are real investment. I mean you are putting in your funds, and not only that, your time also, and you want to refer to it as less? Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are real investment. For so many, it is their major source of income/living, and it is a good way to earn. Even if you are a learner, or new to the system, you can easily participate in giveaways, and airdrops to earn.
