I reported 3 users for spam burst, they all spammed many bounty authentications just for post count for cryptotalk signature campaign.

That's what I thought.

I accidentally reported Experia's posts two times while I didn't report Bitkoynses posts  Embarrassed Embarrassed Focking human error... Anyway, some reports are marked as good and some are marked as unhandled (note: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=815389;sa=showPosts are all unhandled):

But this is weird part:

What I am trying to say is that I understand that posts which are accidentally reported twice are marked as bad, but I don't understand why unhandled reports are marked as bad too.

This is marked as bad report:
#Proof of Authentication
Bitcointalk username: Experia
Bitcointalk profile URL: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=922188
Your telegram username: @Experia

And this is marked as good report:
Quote
#Proof of Authentication
Bitcointalk username: Experia
Bitcointalk profile URL: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=922188
Your telegram username: @Experia

http://archive.is/D6hjZ#selection-1441.0-1441.24

Why is this report bad:
#Proof of Authentication
Bitcointalk username: Experia
Bitcointalk profile URL: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=922188
Your telegram username: @Experia

And this one:
Quote
#Proof of Authentication
Bitcointalk username: Experia
Bitcointalk profile URL: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=922188
Your telegram username: @Experia
...is good?

FINAL LINE IS THEY DIDN'T EVEN PARTICIPATE IN BOUNTY!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PMG_4018lu4gtHzRvvZ-ApX2exfx8SvW1jDc2LDDs5k/edit#gid=796691857

Experia's forum nick is nowhere to be found, they spammed forum:

This is nothing but a blatant spam and post burst.

IIRC I marked a lot of your reports as bad since they were duplicates. If the the double reported posts haven't been deleted and there are still unhandled reports, that probably means the non-duplicate reports corresponding to the duplicate ones simply haven't been handled yet.

If the the double reported posts haven't been deleted and there are still unhandled reports, that probably means the non-duplicate reports corresponding to the duplicate ones simply haven't been handled yet.
But non-duplicates are marked as bad and duplicates are partially handled. Isn't report handled when it is marked as bad?

And last reported posts are handled:

Prior to that lots unhandled:

...and some good/unhandled:

...then some good:

...then unhandled:

When I see that last reported posts are marked as good, some previously reports are partially handled and lots of previously reports are not handled I usually come to conclusion that they will never be handled, maybe because it is not against rules to apply to as much bounties you can, I don't know, but there is proof of spam in topic.

I have punch of unhandeld reports also! And there are some reports that got deleted but still have the Status unhandeld! Dont know why and it's not only one report that this happend! I mean its not an big Problem but how should we get rid of the unhandeld?
Would it be ok to make a thread for unhandeld reports, and all reporters that want to get there reports done can post in there and  when Moderators or global mods have time so they can look after it?

Its just an idea!

From what I understand, Mods already have a report queue, so a thread isn't necessary.

How will you know which report is unhandled if report page doesn't show older reports? I have 300 old unhandled reports, I am not sure what I reported.

Maybe a list of users that wanted to get a Look again at there unhandeld reports will be good then!
But as LoyceV said normaly it isnt necessary!

I only cleaned up the duplicate reports. IIRC I haven't actually marked any of your (edit: non-duplicate) reports as handled or bad. So I can't really comment as to why some reports were marked as such.

If a report is unhandled, it's either that a mod hadn't had the time to look into it (meaning someone will get to it sooner or later) or what theymos describes as a "soft bad" report where none of the moderators that looked at the report could decide whether they should act on it or mark it as bad, choosing instead to leave it for someone else to decide.

Jesus, that's a new one--I've never heard of sig spammers making false bounty reports in order to up their post counts.  In normal campaigns, those posts wouldn't even be paid for because that section would be excluded.  I haven't looked at the rules of the campaign, but it sounds like they have no standards like that.  Basic ones.

Nice catch, marlboroza.

IIRC I marked a lot of your reports as bad since they were duplicates.
That's good to know--I've made duplicate reports before and had no idea how they'd be handled.  I don't really keep track of good vs. bad reports in my history, but I did wonder about that.

This scenario was similar to me, my accuracy of reporting shit posts are getting lower because of mistakes. I admit my mistakes on double reporting but sometimes, some couple of my reports are being tagged by bad even the meaning or point of the post is just trash as hell --worth to be deleted on this forum.

Those posts are long enough but the whole point or meaning was just agreeing on the other's statement without giving any personal opinion on the topic. The result was very unpredictable, sometimes I'm getting good reports and bad reports in the next hour, take note that the posting are all the same.

Reports for account Experia are 90% handled:

Newest reports for account kSL are handled:

Reports for account zupdawg are unhandled:

Reports for account cozytrade are unhandled but handled:

If a report is unhandled, it's either that a mod hadn't had the time to look into it (meaning someone will get to it sooner or later)
Looking forward to see reports handled and marked as good then.

Maybe this is the right way, proof of spam:

I'm willing to wager that the fact unhandled reports can be weirdly dotted about in a sea of Good reports is due to spotty Moderator coverage on sections. If the person you're reporting has a signature it means they aren't a Newbie and so patrollers can't take action on their reports. That means that if the section they posted in has no Moderators assigned to it, you've got to wait for a Global Moderator to take action on it...and there's only three right now, and I'm not sure if all three are fully active right now.

More often than not, if a case is super clear cut (e.g. "+1 / good project" spam, speculation threads posted in the "Bitcoin Discussion" board), a report on it will get handled pretty quickly. It's when all of the moderators checking the report aren't sure whether they should act on it (e.g. the post is borderline, not sure if it breaks the spirit of a rule, complex situations where one has to have a nearly full context of the thread's discussion) is when it hangs as unhandled for a while till someone decides to do something.

No idea. Seems like I've removed them from my queue while cleaning up reports a while ago so this could be one of those "not sure if reports are good or bad" situations.
