I was contracted to post bounty not a Team member & I accepted cos they are on Test net their exchange is already on test phase. + I had a video chat with the CTO.

Have they made payments to you as a bounty manager?
If not, it will be better if you pause this campaign until everything is clear and the developer team gives an official statement regarding the findings or the possibility of the scam project.
Even if they have already paid you, I hope you still keep the payment and if this project is a scam project then it would be better if the funds returned.

PS:
Your neg-trust will be permanent unless there is clarification and action from you. although not part of the team but I guess they pay for your service and then someone who give u neg-trust change it to neutral

In fact video chat can be meaningless on the alleged scam found.
It could be that this project is managed by one person (who has make video chat with you)
