Short video might be good idea for the explanation to the people and it's very helpful to those who still confuse to play but i think the instructions on OP how to playing the game also very clear that basically this is PvP game with 3 different altcoins to played and at the OP too they inform their bounty to discord channel so you might to joining them through discord app to get the bounty and free altcoin can be used to testing the site before you deposit with your real money

Right, Try asking some test tokens to admins on discord. It's better to give us a demonstration about how this game works even it is clearly stated by OP.

The wait for each game isn't instant as I observed. I think it is because the gambling site has a low amount of traffic they get from the customer and it would be an issue to other players who are waiting. especially it's a PVP game

if the winners always took more than they spended there would never be a purpose of creating a site first place

Is there a possibility that this game turns a bit off-chain? Having to deal with "deposit/withdraw" which I know they are not like that, we put money up for bet and we get money in return (or lose) so its not exactly like deposit and withdraw but I don't know what we call them, is a bit hard.

I would love to have just a balance in the website where I keep gambling all the time and a lot more frequently then this in order to get more fun, its kind of a must for me as well because if I have to just transact money all the time to be able to play and have to go outside of the website to just send money and come back to website, it will feel too tiring eventually and I would stop. I am not against the game itself, the game looks fun and entertaining, but the features needs to improve.

Think all will become over time better and will added new functions, changed  rules and etc.. You can play not only on the website, can be play in telegram, this enough conveniently, wallet with coin have many there is in phone, can be put deposit a itself in phone on and play. Demo mode is good for test running game before some site has it while some doesn't the just require you to get onto the real game at once. I wouldn't mind having a demo before a game however I don't have any problem if it's not available

Other than this prize game codes, I suggest consider other activities like sig campaign maybe.
This might increase the number of players on your site as pvp concept has real bottleneck on this aspect especially that you are still fresh in this community.
But doge, ltc and rvn are good choices of coin to commence this business.
And as you mentioned, you are also considering the btc lightning network.
You might attract small rollers here later on. But the word needs to get out to attract these players.

i supposed its not based on the bitcoin blockchain because if you will read again on the first page they mention that they use altcoins like doge and ltc. using blockchain to increase security is also a good idea aside from their existing securities also for the fairness and transparency as well. .

same . i go back on the number 7 like you pointed out and they said they accept almost all coins but i thought they only accept 3 coins at the moment like what they stated earlier.  hmmmm??  i dont think that the coins can have other uses on their site aside from using it as bets when gambling
