Oh LITTLE different? Quality looks like a night and day. Those Chinese igloos looks like some weird cheap portable toilets you could order from Wish. I am betting they last as long as the website you linked (That doesn't work btw). Seriously, not a good start. Misleading pictures of the luxury igloos, what do you reveal next?

The strength of the igloo is much stronger due to its triangular design. It comes with 5 years warranty and all parts replaceable. The igloo has at least a 15 years lifespan.
The glass has several coatings, as seen in the picture.



Unlike the igloos from our competition, these igloos can be used all year round in all 4 seasons.

Can you prove that this project is supplying igloos from the place you said?
just to prove to be trusted by members here. And I need to admit that some designs about the igloos are still lacking, fix some features and I agree this is not a good.

What are you talking about? Just because they are not booking them outside the northern lights season doesn't mean they wouldn't be habitable trough summer. Have you seen the pictures of them? They are way more higher quality. Basically houses. That's why i was originally interested in your project.

I have visited Kakslauttanen in Finland.

They use 2 layer glasses. Meaning that the glasses works as a magnifier during the summer. You will get toasted when you sleep over there in the summer.

And I highly doubt that the quality is better.
Anyhow, It is meant to experience the outdoors with a feeling of being outside while still protected from elements.
We are going for a fully glass housing with metal frames.

For the moment. The plot is empty, with only a forest and space with grass.

We do have some drone video's of the plot. But they are not from a high quality.

the roi chart is very attractive for investors but what will happen in reality is totally different! if you are a potential investor, you need to check their other businesses and assess on your own if this chart will have the chance to be real. dont jump on whatever they are offering to you.
 their roi is based on capacity utilization. ask yourself = will the park be constructed in the first place? how many clients are going to use their park? would it be a hit or a miss? ideas you need to ponder for yourself...

I have noticed that those igloos from where you can actually see the northern lights are very popular on the internet. I'm definitely going to visit it once it goes fully operational. The ROI is pretty high, but I don't doubt it as you can't have these kind of experiences anywhere in the world. Great place to visit if with family or spouse and I love the fact that it's in a quiet place. I've noticed that where is mostly winter/cold the atmosphere is more peaceful and you can really contemplate on your life. I'm watching this project closely.

I think that should be a default component of that community. First Aid assistance should always be there as this park might be far from real clinic or hospital. They should create a separate section of this in the park where holiday users can always go to in case they need one.

I agree with this, they should secure necessary permits even from Environmental Office of that particular area because usually that's the bottleneck of implementation. You really need to work with them in order to construct this kind of park. There's more than meets the eye here. The dev team should show some proofs that they are working on this government permits and other regulatory bodies before assuring that they can construct this park.
