By your definition, all stocks are Ponzi's too. Refbitcoin does fit some ponzi description but it is not since they are not offering insane returns or even promising you anything. They just tell you what will happen if they do well and continue to make sales. Btw they are selling something unlike a Ponzi which the income is purely based on the new investors and not backed by anything. This is an advertising company making sales. But I guess you can argue but then I will argue that stocks markets are ponzi's too.
