ADC Wallet ( connection refused )

Hallo
I have installed the AudionCoin wallet 3 month Ago.
The wallet was syc and all was well.
Then one day  , i pushed the button more than twice, since then
The wallet is out of syc.
It happend on Windows  10 .
I reinstalled all the Files, but the wallet is still out of syc.

I use now a mac, a new  Computer and the problem still exist.
Antivurus Program, Firewall all of them allow all the files of the ADC Wallet to conect to the internet.

I dont now why in the debug.log

I See the notice:
 
Connect to 127.0.0.1  : 950  failed after selct (): connection refused

Proxy ip : 127.0.0.1  port 950
