Anyway this procedure can be set, for suspicious transactions (like stolen coins from other exchanges).
Conversion fee is 1% and its included in rate, that you see.
We don't charge withdrawal fee.
We recommend to exchange lower than 7BTC equals amount of transaction,

I never tried yet using an exchange without registration. Well, it might be confusing to me because how can I trace the transactions; how does it will work?
With regards to green token, any details about that? Is there already a value?

How do you plan to gain trust? I mean you are a central platform but didn't provide much information like the developer team, adress, and others.
Are you ready to pay some coins to a trusted member to act as a guarantee if the customers's money are stolen?

These fees may be low but they are not considered an advantage as challengy asks 0.25%. What ensures that you do not use that platform and benefit from 0.75%?

Perhaps you need to pay in BTC and guarantee payments to convince people willing to try.

My only problem with a proposal like this, is that they would need to consistently allow that member to hold more coins as the exchange gains popularity or it doesn't provide the security it originally intended. Exchanges notoriously disappear at their peak popularity, and that's what the coins being held for guarantee would be to protect.
