The reason is, because I think BTC will need a rest after the recent bull, and before it starts its halving moon. So I guess it will have a good correction until the end of 2019.

If this huge triangle is starting to form w/out breaking above or below until 2020, then this could be possible, breaking above before block halving at 2020? Well, still possible for me.
Huge price actions always happening not on the day of Bitcoin block halving but it could be probably months before of the block halving, why? Take a look on some previous block halvings happened on Bitcoin.

I think that's being too hopeful already. It's going to be a big jump from hiw we ended 2018 if we'll end up with 15k. Just for the sake of it though, i'd place my bet from 10 to 13k. And that's stretching it already. We now know that the 4th quarter is not always ran by the bulls with what happened last year. I'll be happy if we sustain just the 10k levels.
