This is a new case when I trade in Latoken. Suddenly the account was suspended on suspicion of trading volume manipulation.
What should I do, I trade normally.

Contact the exchange's support to see if it's possible to get your coins and whatever you've got stored on the site back if you've got a significant amount of crypto on there, and don't use the site again. Always use larger and more well-known exchanges such as Binance in the future; you'll likely find less problems there and you'll generally get effective and sometimes fast support on them. Doesn't look like a great exchange to me considering the latest posts on the exchange's official thread (click for link), and the account representing the exchange (click for link) is also tagged with red trust. I hope you'll get your crypto and your account back if you were indeed trading normally as you said.

I know latoken has a support team that can assist your concern. Have you tried to send a message either to their email or live chat dude? Here is their Email it might give you a bit help info@latoken.com, probably there's something you violate their rules against LaToken.

Have you been using something like a market maker bot or something to that aspect? I understand that some exchanges may be looking into a fake trading volume to reduce the pairs they have on the exchange. I don't understand why would they hate that if they have fees right?

Hi, I traded in LAtoken for almost one year without any problems.

Some days ago I tried to place an order and I received this message:

"Your account has been suspended based on suspicious activity. All trades and withdrawals are temporarily blocked. Check your email for more details"

I didn't receive any email. I tried to speak with the support team but they replied me that they cannot say me anything and I have to wait for the email. I pressed him and he said me that it will takes usually from one week to one month.

Right now I cannot trade or move my found from there.

I'm very worried because I read on the web that LAtoken is probably a scam...

I want to know how many realistic chance there are to have back my funds. Is there someone that, after a suspension in LAtoken, was able to have his account unblocked?

It looks like the system was the main problem. This exchange site was getting a lot of problems with the users.

If you are trading normally in latoken and it seems like the system has already identified your activity as suspicious activity and this happened with so many people.

I ever got the same problem and my problem was 2FA was not working and I have a few tokens worth more than 5 ethereums but until this time my problem never got solved.

FYI, to create a ticket will not help you so much and you need to contact the admin directly through its telegram group. I hope you will be a lucky person and your problem will be fixed ASAP.

So meaning if you make a support ticket there still no guaranteed that your problem will be resolve base on your story.

and for your problem in 2fa it is much easier for them to resolve your issue than the OP problem  since they are able to disable 2fa if the owner request it.

Can you post the complete message here from LATOKEN support, if they are going to accuse you of trading manipulation, they should have proof or evidence to that, and are you really not doing that, they are good at monitoring every action of their traders, if you are not guilty then send a ticket to resolve it, or you can open a thread in the reputation and scam section.

There must be something underground that you are doing which makes the bot flag you out. Most common of this is when you are engaging in wash trading. You need to send email or contact any admin in their telegram group. They do respond to their email address and that is what any Admin you contacted will ask you to do. Ensure you use the same email address you used for registration on the platform

wash trading means they use exchange something like a mixer so the funds might came from gambling site or illegal activity thats what you want to point out?
And for users you are the only who can fix this problem you should make report and give complete details why your account should not be flagged.

Maybe you have violated a certain policy and their automated system detected your behavior. You need to send a ticket to their support.
What I am puzzling here is that an exchange with fake volumes and completely bots, as well as low liquidity like LAtoken disable your account because of suspicious trading lol.

Wash trading means generating non organic volume, which is either done by someone with one account buying and selling into his own orders, or someone using multiple accounts to buy and sell into his own orders.

Some exchanges reward people for generating (organic) volume, and an easy way for people to cheat is to wash trade. It has become so common nowadays that exchanges even do it themselves to rank up on sites like Coinmarketcap.

What they suspended OP's account for is called spoofing. It means that they suspected that OP was opening orders without the intention of having them filled, all to "manipulate" the market.

I personally believe that OP was unintentionally opening and closing orders in quick succession, probably because he wasn't sure about what to do.

You can contact support to resolve this situation as soon as possible. but this will certainly involve KYC, you will have to give them KYC to solve this quickly.
But next time, do not trade on such small exchanges anymore, their system often happens a lot of confusing errors.

I personally believe that OP was unintentionally opening and closing orders in quick succession, probably because he wasn't sure about what to do.

I do that because bid and sell orders move very fast. if I place my order, then I will not get it anytime. I tried it by opening an order quickly and canceling it quickly too. this technique works and I can buy or sell my trade tokens.
but I don't mean to manipulate volume or cheat.
