Bithumb - deposit to old address

So long story short I deposited erc20 token to an old address that I used latest on dec 1st. 2019.  I noticed that Bithumb changed all addresses now... Well to late for me as I already sent my tokens...So the question is, Did anyone did this before and how did it end? Did you get your tokens credited anyway? I did open a ticket but no reply as of yet.
