There isn't much you can do. Try following these steps Recovering hacked/lost accounts. There is also the Cryptios team which handles account recoveries you can check in at that topic and see what else can be done if anything. They can see IP info and some other things that generally can help them determine account ownership. Note to everyone else Stake an Address somewhere.

You need to show that the PGP key or Bitcoin address is associated with the account, for example by referencing an unedited post in which you posted the address. 2. You need to sign an appropriate message with that key/address. For example, this is an example of an appropriate proof of ownership:" As I understand, my last hope - Cryptois

I do not understand, how hacker can stolen my account if I have access to my e-mail? How he can change my e-mail, if I have access to my e-mail andreybudbt@mail.ru ... I already sent e-mail from email my account, but I - as I already said - have no signature BTC. I have no BTC, I have only altcoins... I understand, I have little chance to recovery...

When you canceled your new email, you will be locked. Then go to steps Recovering hacked. As I know, Admin needs you to message by the original email. The Original email is a registered email when you register on bitcointalk first.
What that means 'account for sale' https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=48981Are you sold it without payment?

I think the recover account right now already has a few actions to do it a Signature Address. Altcoin "Sign Message" could be accepted.
I help one of my local community members, he not doing a stake bitcoin address but can unlock his account using Ethereum Sign Message.
Just try to communication your account problem with Cryptios team, ask them to verify the account using the altcoin sign message.

How can I communicate with cryptios team? PM ?
Send a email torecovery team, here is the email address from original mail associated with your account. You should include you username and you have to explain briefly how your account locked/hacked. Since you had not signed btc address your ETH address would help you if you are lucky enough. You should include your unedited post link as a proof of ownership. If you don't know how to sign message from ETH address then this article would help you. I believe you have private key of your unedited ETH address. So try this method hope you it will help you recover your account.

Actually Bitcointalk allows someone to change the Email address and Password without one having to access the original Email. My account was hacked too sometime back in 2018. I never had a stake bitcoin address too but i was a ble to get the account recovered I made a post highlighting the steps i took it recover it: Hacked accounts recovery team is doing great, Don't just give up yet!A few things could have probably changed but am sure it will help.

Often, you need to prove ownership of the account with a PGP or Bitcoin signature. This has two steps:
it says often not mandatory, did you get any reply on you recovery request yet? ... I already sent e-mail from email my account, but I - as I already said - have no signature BTC. I have no BTC, I have only altcoins...
I understand, I have little chance to recovery...
if you still have access to the original registered email address, you still have a chance to recover your account just be patient and wait for your turn, they will need to do some checkings first once the manual recovery process has started, I think you need to wait a week for it to complete here's a thread of recovered accounts: All the Ownership-Changed and Restored accounts
