I am not the owner of the exchange just haven't seen this posted yet.

You are able to buy shares directly from inside their exchange just like any alt coin.

OK here is the formula as explained by @buZz on the support channel

((volume-of-btc/100)*0.18) / 100000000
which is about 1 satoshi/day/share at current volume rates
