I currently signed up to a telegram chat @Coinbase_EarnOFFICIALBot  for an investment
They also have live transactions @CoinbaseEarnPayments
They are asking for 50,000 satoshi so I can withdraw as the transaction fee cannot be reversed I,m worried I might lose it if it is a scam any help would be appreciated also there is 9000 subscribers.

If anyone is asking you to deposit or send the money first before to withdraw then the possibility of getting scam is very high despite having that many subscribers.

These days anyone can buy subscribers by the way.

You probably mean Certificate of Incorporation that looks like this




Do not be fooled by this, Certificate of Incorporation means little as Companies House doesn't check the data, and price of issuing that is something like 15 GBP. Ponzi schemes often use that as "proof" that they are legit, that's why  so many of those are registered in UK.

Issue is, all those ponzi schemes register company at Companies House with usually fake name or they simply take someone else's identity, as Companies House  is not doing background check, and then based on that fake name they issue the certificate  for 15 GBP that is used as proof.  So even if you check that company in Companies House, and name is the same in both certificate and register, it can be scam, and unfortunately many people don't know that.

There are many hypes/ Ponzi schemes that are constantly killing people by showing them greed. I usually don't like these telegram boats. Because when you will make the first invest, they will pay the first payment if there is a small amount. But when you later invest the big amounts after greed, they will scam your money. So avoid these hypes/Ponzi scheme telegram boats and sites. It's very difficult to earn money but don't let that money run out in a moment. good luck
