Right , there are many people want to be ambassador and has a background in marketing but the question is are they able to pay in BTC instead of token. If you can only offer token as payment then it will hard for you to find one unless the token you offer has a price already and listed in exchange.

If someone can promote their projects through world popular celebrities then it would also good, not sure which one is better. By paying celebrities, no need to spread the business per country or area but the whole world at once. Unfortunately, there is no new project that willing to pay celebrity, cause they are not even sure with their own project.

Ambassadors should be people who know about crytpo and blockchain, who are interested in these subjects and the project so that they can represent the project with the necessary motivation.

It is easy to define if they are not sure. Imagine you have a project and you don't want to invest your money on it for marketing at least, what does it mean? You must be feeling okay if the project failed cause you won't lose much money but would be great for you if the project crowdfunding is successful right? Then it means you don't really care about the success and people should not expect this kind of project.

Imagine you have a project and willing to invest much money on it. Why do you do so? You must be very sure that the project would be successful and you commit to develop the project. You don't want the project to fail so you invest much on it.
