Fake Scam Accusation getting moved

This was a fake and probably false scam accusation which was made by a thief himself, not a hacker just your run  of the mill thief who stole my account when bitcointalk had one of their data breaches and all our usernames and passwords were sold on the darknet. So now that I have gotten my account back I will be deleting all his nonsense. Personally he has some balls on him, to steal peoples accounts, then go around slamming people with red trust and scam accusations like he did. So I will delete what I can and since I cant delete the whole thread itself I will move it change its title, and remove any content I posted then lock it.

I'm the Mihai Catalin Condurache and I am writing you as CEO of Co-DEX Exchange, regarding these accusations which have been thrown around.

Before making any claims and accusations, you should have first tried to contact us and get an official point of view from our firm first.

1. Regarding that member using a stock photo image, thanks for bringing this aspect to our attention, we will contact him, he is a subcontractor, we will rectify this issue, although i'm sure he has the freedom to use any image he desires, this however doesn't give you the grounds to claim that the team is fake, that's kind of a stretch don't you think? Feel free to contact me or any of the people listed there any time.

2. Regarding two paragraphs of our Whitepaper 1.0 having fragments that seem to have been used in other projects. I will personally discuss this matter with the marketing team that was directly responsible of venting out such things, sure two paragraphs can't justify calling the whole paper as being plagiarism, it's absurd.

I'm sure you are reasonable people and can and will refrain from making such gratuitous accusations without first requesting an official response from the parties involved.

In the hopes that this situation is resolved amicably, I hope you will remove these accusations. If not, I will have no alternative than to further this feed towards our legal department in which case you can consider this a Cease and desist letter, and you can prepare to held liable for these gratuitous claims.

Our project has stared up the community and there are competitors out there which will do apparently anything to try to stop this project, but we Co-DEX will keep our promise to the community regardless of these feeble minded attempts at slander!

Really? You hired a team member but you don't know him even you did not verify with video call or something else. And who told you that you are free to use any photo though its not your? Is it not a big cheat? Its your responsible that you are using real person on your project. Anyone is free to call you scammer if you are using Fake photo on your project.

as usual, it's always someone else's fault. If the project "team" haven't enough money to build a regular website and use cheap website template with stock images, here we can't expect anything from there. The domain is registered "Creation Date: 2019-04-12", so they have enough time to check all information on the website.

When we talking about information, I can't find anything about company registration and necessary licenses.

According to Google, this is either a Church or once a Church now turned into a private studio (architecture related stuff). No other information found.

Yes, no need to contact them before hand, they can always answer the allegations here. And it is very clear that they hire a developer without verifying his identity. He might be scammer and they won't know it. Also, for those who have their linkedin profiles, please tell them to add this co-dex project under their portfolio to know if they are really part of this project or not. Most of the advisors do not have co-dex under their profiles.

The user that started the topic and then another one have pointed three things
- you used fake pictures for a team member
- you plagiarized the whitepaper
- your address points to something that totally doesn't look like a company

This attitude proves you're just a nobody who has no clue about laws or businesses, a scammer when caught always shouts lawsuit in order to intimidate, too much you're just a mouse trying to roar.
Any legit business would ask for forgiveness and would do things to prove the at least other aspects of their projects are ok, you come shouting and screamed lawsuits like all the scammers here.

If they cannot addressed this properly then this is the nail that nails this ICO's coffin, that's a great job using Google map to trace the office, it should be included as one of the tools to be used to track if the developers are telling the truth and they are not faking their project, telling us that developers do not know the exact face of one of their team is not good, he should have asked members to do a video call on each one of them and qualify themselves.

My name is Mihai Catalin Condurache and I am the owner of the Codex Foundation srl.
For those who know me or want to find more information about me, I have been working as webdesigner and social marketing for almost 15 years, I am a early crypto investor too.
I've seen a lot of references to my name and the name of our Co-DEX Exchange project here.
It is said that the Co-DEx Foundation srl does not even exist and that the address is a fake.
It was enough just to do a quick search on the Italian Chamber of Commerce and you could immediately find if the company was real or not, the same for the address.
It is useless to put a Streetview photo that is not updated.
Don't you find it strange that only here it has been said that Co-DEX is a scam and no investor does not accuse us of stealing their money.
As for the accusation of plagiarism, I just ask all one question: Who is Littradex?
I answer by self at this, there is no Littradex project. It was done just to be able to attack us. For those who can find some information, it will be from 2020 but Co-DEX started in 2019 and our WP is from 2019. So we are accusing Littradex of plagiarism, but for us is important to working and finish the Co-DEX platform.
The rest of the accusations do not even want to waste time justifying them. I am also attaching original documents that can prove my truths. I only pray for one thing, follow our project because it is a unique thing.

Then how about the facts that your whitepaper was plagiarized from some articles?
Especially in page 7th, more than 50% are taken from articles which is posted in 2019 (April) as well.

I know about this project from 2019 and I saw that the team worked all this time. I have good references about the project from a person who invested in it. I can say for sure that it is not a scam. I don't want to comment on the value of the project because I don't know how, but I think it's a good project.

Complain about the reason why project was tagged as scam while the evidence proof it was wont help and understand that some investors are less experience which is the reason why some of them we're the victim of Yam, twitter hacker etc but were here to prevent the forum uses as scam ground.

I only pray for one thing, follow our project because it is a unique thing.

I had a proper talk with the Codex team some time ago regarding private sale. It seems to me hat they were very legit. They told me that they faced some problems with the project because of the Corona virus. Problems using 3rd party for marketing and other stuffs will appear in any project, we can't call them scammers because some people of their 3rd party have some red flags. I am staing in touch with their CEO since the first talk with them and nothing looked fishy for me. This is my opinion. Thanks.

You still haven't cleared after one year the issue of the fake team member, just removed it, and with him the only actual blockchain "expert' in your team, the rest being advisors and marketing guys who you can hire for 100$ on Fiverr to be part of your team but can't tell the difference between a node and a pool.
And I won't list a team member who brags about being "Strategic Marketing Consultant at ArmaCoin" and who was "strategy consultant" in that project, which as you probably know, is dead! Same story for your Chief Marketing Officer who advised highbank into oblivion.

So, what happened to that fake member?
