With the rise of consumer utilizing e-commerce in their routinely lives, the issue of these complications are found to incline.
 


 As shown in the graphic below, according to the Korean Federation of SMEs, commission fees are found in 72.9 % of major open market practices.  
Thus, correspondent to these figures, many corporations are presented to have shown discomfort in response to these high figures of commission fees.

 Similarly, due to these inefficient commission fees, corporations are choosing to diminish the quality of their products.  
This shows a mutual loss for both corporations as well for the consumers.
For the sellers, who wish to keep profits high, with a competitive advantage, with the high commission fees by the intermediaries, corporations have a hard time managing a high source of output due to the high cost.  

 In contrast, this thus brings a loss on the margins of the consumers.
As consumers are put into situations where they must pay a higher price for a reduced quality of product or service, it is an economical damage for the consumers.

 Thus, LIUM wants to provide a platform to its users a service where these losses are removed from the economic system.
Thus, LIUM will be providing a prototype to the intermediary world.

DEVELOPMENT STATUS

The following week was principally motivated on the development of the platform concerning on LIUM’s main frame work.

1. RND Development

LIUM started on the perceptible formation of its service page creation.
Due to the conception of the new front end and back end design work, a new environment for development was established to consider application publishing work using basic ReAct and Redux Library projects as well as considering the scalability of the projects once the JOBus platforms takes place in the future.
Since the compatibility with the open source library components, version checking and source backend are completely separate, a setting environment apart from the server was assembled.
The development of the main page of JOBus is currently in progress. The main page will have a structure that will be contingent on LIUM’s current portal page.
In order for employment service searches, the job search page as well as the location search page functions are currently also under development.

2. Marketing

On Wednesday 15th of January 2020, LIUM team plans to hold a meet up talk concert. There will be food and deserts prepared for its guests such as donuts and Korean rice cakes. The meet up will be hosted by LIUM’s CEO, CMO and CTO as well as Dominant Lab’s CEO to talk more about LIUM and its upcoming project to its guests. The meet up will be collected of around approximately 50 guests and will be a prodigious opportunity to sponsor LIUM and its prosperous future.

Leakage of Personal Information in Intermediary Platforms.

As the society becomes more dependent on the growing power of the social media and the dominance of the internet, the issues of the leakage of personal information have rose in conjunction with it. The main function of the intermediary platforms and its phenomena was due to the fact that it was supposed to be the riposte to these problems by becoming the middlemen of the sellers and consumers. Nevertheless, even with intermediaries in the current systems, numerous personal information leaks have occurred because these key functions and responsibilities were not kept by the inner administration structures within the tainted intermediary platform itself.
Leakages of personal information in the intermediary platforms are especially problematical because consumers and sellers trust these intermediary platforms with their personal information such as full names, date of birth, national identity card numbers, tax identification numbers, employment information and other specific detailed information that can open them to scams and frauds.

The solution however, to these problems can be resolved using the technology provided through block chain. Block chain technology allows security through ensuring that the data is encrypted implying that any alteration of the data will be challenging tasks. Likewise because of block chain is decentralized in nature, it does not depend on one central point of control. Consequently, this leads to mean that it is potentially a digital ledger of transactions with every single computer having a complete copy of the data. Since each date is protected on numerous computers, it is secured even if some computers end up becoming malfunctioned. Also, the histories on a block chain are safeguarded through cryptography. Users thus, have their own private keys that are allocated to each transaction that they have prepared which acts as a personal digital signature. If any record is changed or altered, the signature will become unacceptable and other networks will be informed that a change has occurred. Prompt and early notification is central to averting supplementary damage.

With LIUM’s services and its block chain technology, it will make the current system sturdier than it was before confirming safety to its consumers making certain that no leakage of personal information arises. Problems Incurred By Intermediaries.

Perhaps, intermediaries play big role in our lives. When we want to buy something, we usually prefer internet shopping. In the past, everything was different. We used to use direct transaction method which is seller and a consumer dealing in person. It was the only way to buy something but after intermediaries came to our lives, everything started to change. It provided great comfort for both seller and consumer. Yet, it still has some of great problems that gives big effect on both seller and customer. There are two main problems of intermediaries.

First one is trust which is big part of problems. Not being able to see the goods and not getting the cost between the seller and the consumer already caused the problem of not trusting each other. In this point, Intermediaries platform have appeared to connect seller and customer. In the beginning, existence of intermediaries make people think that there is no more trust problem. However, problem is intermediaries platform does not understand the characteristics of the substitute product. For example, if the delivery of the agent is not completed by three days from the scheduled delivery date, they unconditionally cancel the order without prior notice to the seller, or even if the customer simply requests a refund or cancellation, they cancel the order unconditionally. Yet, If the overseas direct or purchase agency is cancelled even though it may be time to wait for customs clearance or to proceed with the domestic shipping process, the damage will be fully returned to the individual sellers. Therefore, this kind of situations makes trust problems bigger. Then again, people start to think the problem is still existing.
Second one is expensive commission fee problem. It is another common problem faced by sellers and customers. Due to expensive commission fee, many seller companies said that it decreases our company profit. On the other hand, damage to customers. Sellers with lover revenue due to excessive commission fees try to lower the quality of their goods. Therefore, it causes customer can’t get better quality of products.

Seller and customers, both trying to avoid from these kind of problems. Yet, there isn’t any platform to solve it But, there is no need to worry. LIUM Platform will be launched soon. LIUM service will solve these problems with using blockchain technology, There are no intermediaries and no commission fees are required.
