My father recently moved up North, He has a mobile home with 4 lots, for sale Located in Royal, Arkansas, Inside Tahoe Lake Estates! I can meet in person, He has not lived in the property for 2 or 3 years. It has well water. It can also be hooked up to a water meter. But he always ran it with the well. It has electricity hookup with 4 lots and a half circle driveway. The property has grown up some (As noone has lived there in 2 years)and the mobile home should probably just be demolished. I'm selling the land W/ The mobile home on it!
Pretty much its buy all 4 lots for $8,000 you can keep the trailer! I am not sure of the law or the definiton of it but, Do to some reason you do not have to pay yearly property tax on the property!
Price is 8k cash we can meet at the bank or 1BTC
Pm for more information, It has a camper and a boat on it that I will probably just haul off!

Lol I stay in Hot Springs just give me headsup. It would all depend on what really I am trying to get him the cash. He moved up north and took a bus lol So helping him get business started up there, money to get on his feet!
Like I mentioned noone has lived there in a while, The property is all grown up. But if bought I would be willing to clean it up! Mow weedeat the outside! I would demolish it and completely start over the mobile home has gone to hell!

Looks like a nice area, easy access to Ouachita NF. How's the hunting in those parts?
Are all the lots connected? Can you please provide addresses or parcel numbers? Any information you can share about Tahoe Lake Estates (i.e. HOA fees and obligations) would also be helpful. You can PM me if you'd rather not post the information in public. Thanks.
