There's a whitepaper, a token economy paper, a tech paper, a patents deck, and smart contract deck. However, there is no one-pager. There is however a report on 2key: https://daomaker.com/wp-content/papers/2KEY_REPORT_by_DAOMaker_v1.pdf

I see that the project is going to freeze 40% of tokens for a long time. Why so many?
Why are your plans to introduce different languages (as I understand it is connected with social networks too) only by the end of 2020? You are not going to add such services as VK and others?

It's a good thing that such a large portion of tokens are frozen. In fact, the smart contract mandates a KPI, many of the frozen tokens are only released if:
- Platform reaches substantial usage
- 2KEY price, sourced from price oracles, is maintained above token sale price

Other languages will be supported soon. In fact, translation efforts are already underway.

Yes, it is! Freezing a large percentage of tokens would be an advantage for the project as well as to the investors.
And if those key milestones will be reached, releasing some of them would not be a problem as it has created its value already.
Most of the projects decline their value because the investors or traders find out that there is really no further use case for that coin.
So if this project will be consistent in furnishing its objectives, increasing its worth in the market will automatically follow.

Well said.

Checking again this thread, I believe the team needs to be dynamic with marketing strategies.
Since IEO is not yet announced, they need to explore all possibilities of promoting this project as IEO is now slowly fading its magic.
But if you are fully confident with your project, then there's no need to worry about raising your targets.
