Hacked Account send 50 merits to probably hackers account.

Is there a way to get back that merits because they are not suppose to be there. So if I can get them back I can give them to people who deserves. At least I will fell better if they are deleted from that thief's account !

I know this is not the right place but i just want to ask. My account was hacked and before i lock the account with the mail the guy send his another account 50 merits. Can I take them back or at least can they be deleted ? Because its not fair and he didn't deserve it. He stole it.

I know of only one case in which theymos undid Merit sent from a hacked account, I think it was 3 times 50 Merit. But it was done quickly, not months later.

yes you are right but i wrote this when i got my account back.

Send me a new signed message and I'll PM them with it. You'll still have to wait for them to handle it though because I can't restore accounts (just unlock them).

One extra thing that hacker guy gave 50 merits to someone. Probably his/her main account.

i was happy to get my account back but now every time i remember that 50 merits I fell bad. Maybe he can see this thread and do it maybe not. I did what i must did. Maybe late but what can I do sometimes.

Is this being accepted as a hack or potential bug in the merit system? I assume IP records would indicate whether the account was compromised?

That would make more sense indeed, as reversing the transaction would mean messing up all existing Merit data with no way to get complete records again. Sending -50 sMerit now would fix that.
