Okcoin is the original one, that was lately splitted into OKEX and OKcoin. OKEX is operating only with crypto currencies, Okcoin operates with banking accounts as well, so you can withdrawal/purchase crypto with fiat. In my opinion Okcoin is a serious one.

On Okex you are able to perform leveraging while on Okcoin you are not able to do it.
The pair you are using on Okcoin is only in CYN(Chinese Yuan) while you can use another asset to pair up on Okex.

Okex and Okcoin is from the same company but different function and features.  Okex  is a digital  asset  exchange  like Binance, and Okcoin exchange is where trader can only few major coins paired with  fiat currency  like USD & EUR. Okex is under the umbrella of Okcoin.

I think both companies were one company in the past but split into two.
Okex (probably OK- Exchange shortened as okex) is a cryptocurrency trading exchange. You can trade Bitcoin, altcoins, tokens, stablecoin on Okex.
Okcoin takes care of fiat currency deposits and cryptocurrency.

Okex is one of the largest exchanges at the moment and I use it to trade some tokens that are not on other exchanges. as far as I know, security on this exchange is also high

This is an Eye-opener thread for a lot of people who do not know the link between Okex and Okcoin and how they came into existence. However, despite the fact that Okex emerged from Okcoin, cryptic enthusiasts still know Okex more than Okcoin. The reason being that Okex accommodates more of retail consumers or traders, while Okcoin is more dedicated to serious and big traders in the crypto market. Since there are more of retail traders than the big ones, it is expected that Okex will be well known and the most used.

I can not say anything about these exchanges, because I prefer proven over the years. maybe in the future my coins will be on the list of this exchange, only under these conditions I will start to use them
