Where is this in Bitcoin clienyt sources?
For outputs, for example, is

bool Solver(const CScript& scriptPubKey, txnouttype& typeRet, std::vector<std::vector<unsigned char> >& vSolutionsRet)
in standard.cpp file.
For inputs can I use this same method or other?

I have problem using this same method to inputs - no key found

There is no function in Bitcoin Core to do this because it is never done and not needed.
