The saying goes like this "With power comes great responsability". My opinion is that the crypto space needs to be curated of retail investors because most of them are not aware of the risks involved and fund all kind of projects that attracts them by ingenious marketing campaigns and bonuses. As in any investment in this world, before putting money at risk the investor needs to do a thorough analysis of the economy/business model of the project/cryptocurrency/token and the realiability of the team that promises to deliver the product. In other words, an investor needs to assess the risk and the potential reward.

That's why the devs shouldn't be playing around with their peers as they can utterly change the destination of where the project/token is heading to. Without the primary investors, a project wouldn't be able to get the boost it needs and would not kick off without the primary funding. The moment the token/project receives sufficient attention from the investors/peers is the moment it takes off and hits the road map. Sadly though, some dev teams are still assholes about it and the moment their token reaches exchanges, they dump and leave the project behind.

People invest in such projects because these projects have very good marketing campaigns. There are people who travel to countries and making conferences. they are finding new investors who do not even understand anything in cryptocurrency

Seems investors are loosing confidence in new projects. There are many reasons behind it. One of the top most reason is  scam projects. We need strict regulatory to be applied to ease the situation.
Other reasons include, not enough market exposure to the product which projects are developing. Very little user base don't help projects to grow.
No sticking to road map. Developers delaying the developments and distracting the road map which is defined at the time of ICO/IEO. This in turn again reduces demand and thus decrease in price.

I don't think people will stop creating crypto projects because they can make millions from no where and there is no one to stop creating them as well.So investors had to be changed if they want good future for the existing cryptos or everything may be drowned due to more crappy projects and scammers.

Investor most important subject in ICO or IEO, many investor have frustrated with many ICO and IEO have lower price after listing, owner look never give promised for investor will have higher price of their coin after listing on exchange market and have great value for the future.

yes, that the end of ico/ieo era, then after it , investor just buy major coins, such as btc/eth and more.
we know exactly since 2018 just a few good project from hundreds .
and investor who invest on bad ico/ieo, sell their tokens soon as possible and leave the crypto world.

I believe that investors themselves are interested in projects where they could make money. For them, ICO and IEO are a great place to make money. Of course you are right that in recent years there have been many bad projects and many investors are losing their money. But it is not all that bad. The fact is that if you are a professional investor, then you can choose a worthy project to participate in, and if you don’t find such, you are unlikely to invest in a bad project, which means you will not lose money. You need to understand that the crypto market is growing and developing, which means that there will be more and more projects.

It should be like that instead of damaging the crypto atmosphere. I also as an investor in several ICOs before I started thinking that ICO should be stopped. 30% of the ICOs I participated in gave no benefit at all, even though they were not fake teams. Indeed, new ideas & products that will make new projects can be calculated.

I CO should be regulated instead of stopping them.  There are lots of talented people but short of funds.  The ICO is created to support those important Ideas.  This idea may help bigtime in the economy, science and other stuff.  By regulating ICO, investors are then protected since all ICO have to register their project and submit legal documents including their roadmap and whitepaper.  With this, those who are trying to scam investors will have a second thought.

Investors start to lose interest in most of the new projects because they all look almost the same. It is difficult nowadays to find a unique project with great potential. Developers need something that will catch the investors' attention but also need something that will maintain it. Indeed, we had enough of those crappy projects and most of the new ones I see, bore me.

Serious investors have already disappeared from ico market due to too many crappy and scammy projects, even now most of the icos are having really hard time to raise any decent funds, IEOs seems to be new trend that too on high volume exchanges, so we are actually having very low number of quality projects nowadays which is really sad.

They dont actually quit on investing cryptocurrency, investors choose to do other things with less risk like trading than investing it in ICO where they were getting scammed. Most of the investors become cautious and did avoid ICO's due to increasing numbers of scam ICO. They learned to stop trusting projects and do the investing in their own way.

Completely right. There's a lot of projects which still having problem being listed to any exchange even they reached the hard cap after the ICO
period ended. Disappointing investors are no longer interested with same outcome throwing them out of the picture. If there's new concept which
is unique and have a good weight to attained supports from the market, it's still possible to have investors trust but not same way back 2017 where
the big hypes happened.
