Can’t withdraw funds from the exchange BitBay

Hello!
I have a little problem.
I cannot withdraw my funds from the BitBay exchange.
Some time ago, I helped one project and they kindly paid for my work done with their tokens, which I exchanged to Ethereum on the BitBay exchange.
The exchange requires verification, I sent them all the necessary documents, bank statements, utility bills, selfies and so on. I think I sent absolutely all the docs that I have. But I constantly get rejected. I also wrote to the support service, but no one answers me.
This situation has been going on for a long time (few months), I have written in support for more than 10 times, but do not get an answer.
Can someone help me with this issue?
If someone can really solve this situation - I am ready to thank you financially.

Sorry for having to go through such a bad experience. It sucks.

BitBay has been a pain to it's customers in the past especially with that non responsive support and there are a couple of scam accusations here.
- Please be CAREFULLY using trading polish platform Bitbay.net (OWN me 3000Eur)
- Bitbay.net 6.65 ETH doesn't send my payment... Bitbay has made my payment

However, in the latter, the Owner of the thread seems to have had his problem solved which is almost quite similar to yours

Only the exchange itself can help since they're the ones holding your money, so don't fall for any shady users offering you assistance via PM or anything like that.

Contact the BitBay* user that Bitcoin_Arena mentioned above - if there is a communication issue with support you should be able to resolve it.

Do they provide the reason as to why they rejected your documents?
Any error message or something?

You should contact their customer support or their account rep here, these are those threads who had an issue with them and got resolved for a few days.

Firstly, You must pass the KYC before making withdraw according to the terms of use of the BITBAY exchange. So KYC is the main problem here.

Do I need to verify my account?
According to the terms of use, the account should be verified in order to obtain full functionality of the website. Full functionality means for example: the possibility to withdraw the funds from the account - both fiat and digital currencies, and to deposit fiat currencies on exchange........

Secondly, Need to know what are they saying about your KYC verification? It is possible that you mistakenly did not upload the documents as they would ask. So you should show the message of why they don't approve your KYC. I hope then the community can give you appropriate suggestions to solve the issue.

#According to the previous replies it proves that the exchange has also a history of negative behavior with their customers. Maybe you also one of them. Try to reach the previously mentioned thread carefully, may you get a solution from there too.

As far as I understand, the exchange is simply appropriating other people's funds to itself? Very sorry.
I have 0.52 Ethereum on the account of this exchange, and I am very offended, and I can’t even imagine how people who have big money left there feel.

@Kiid make sure you are sending them scanned documents, Photos of the documents nowadays don't cut it. I haven't used them personally so I am driving in the blind. Do they use a 3rd party service for validating your documents like "jumio"? Or is it their own? If they are using something like jumio make sure you are sending them scanned documents.
