A lot of us here love sports and we are betting at the same time.
I am not successful in this kind of venture but I would love to know from people here on what they do in order to win.
They say that sports betting has no house edge, but why is it it's still hard to win here?

I think the answer is bankroll management. Most of gamblers always bet 20-50% or even 100% of his bankroll in 1 bet and once you lose you can't recover or bet again. I follow some good tipster and he only bet 0.1%-2% of his bankroll and consistent with the betting, don't rage bet when you in lose streak.

First and foremost: you gotta learn the rules of the sport. You don't necessarily need to play it in order to know it well; just knowing how it is played and who plays it well and accordingly would help you get the much needed knowledge you have to have in order to post your first wins. H2H of the best teams too would give you a rough idea on how they play, and then compare your predictions to other established tipsters then draw a line from there. It's really not that hard to win much on sports betting. You just have to know the game, how it's played, and the teams and how they play.

One rule: Stick on the sports you are into or you are knowledgeable because with this you can really increase your winning chance if you do know on whats going on compared on betting into any random sports that you arent aware or known because you would just basically lost those bets for sure.If you are following others tips then it might do but these bettings wont really be that kind of entertaining because you dont know the game and the thrill you do seek on gambling wont be felt but its your choice if you do really look for making money.

It isn't just like any other gambling .
Sports betting need some time and effort,
You need to analyze the team and the other team that they are against .
We couldn't just bet on team just because it is our favorite team we need to know each players information and put it all together to have a higher chance of winning.
It is just basically like this would you ratherbet on a team of newbie's with no profesional background vs a team of veterans with a great synergy on every player just because the prize is way more higher?

Playing gambling will never assure you any profits, The outcome of your gambling will depends on the way you do it. On sport betting doing a research and trusting the team you are betting with is a trust, Being a bandwaggon on the team that you are betting with can lead you to a loss, I see that you are an experienced better and you'll possibly know the risk of not paying attention to the side that you are betting. Sport betting is for those who are really expert of games and who can predict things well. If we look at famous sports like football and cricket, things get changed in last minutes and the bets have to be made before game begins. I am of view that sports bets are totally bets on luck. Often the strongest teams are found losing to weak teams.

To be more successful in sports betting, you don't have to be greedy,  don't go for big odds such as 300+ odds or more,  you can analyze critically 3-5 odds and stake big,  in this way I believe that the amount of games that will be won will be far more than games that will be lose

Interestingly enough, but in this context there is no such thing as "SAFE" or Small or Large profits, because most gambling itself is just a fortune for us. although for example in sports betting that you choose is also a club whose category is also the top not a guarantee that it will win right ?. But maybe between sports gambling and poker will be easier for most people to do the analysis the ones who benefit more are still the bookies

I stop doing sport bets and since then I have more funds in wallet, but I have read there are bettors who are making living of it, they are arbitrage bettors and they search for games with positive expected values, yes, sport betting has house edge, information in topic is not accurate.

but betting on sports bet before , have emptied your wallet ? didnt you made any profits back then ? maybe something is not right  . your only lacking of research but you shouldnt give up easily because i know that you can be sucesfuly on this genre  .  like me i was about to retire on sports betting before but i said to my self that i wont give up so here i am . i am now doing better on this area    .  i do also play other genre of gambling along with sports betting

You can't force someone to gamble and play sportsbetting if he don't want to do it anymore. It's not about giving up but he probably made up his mind and started to look for other interesting things that he might do.

But it helps if you have a DEEP knowledge on the sport you are betting, not a standard, but a real good that you can win most of the times
You should focus only on bets you are familiar with and don't use your emotions to bet

I don't think sports betting is a good thing especially with combined games every day I lose even in 1.1 odd games but i think if you bet huge amount with EZ games it will be profitable anyway  just don't use more than 2-3 combined games

gambling site will not install a game or  betting if they do not have a house edge, of course, there is even if it's small amount they will have a house edge this what them keeps running, they are a profit-driven site and they need funds to run the site, dedicated sever lone cost hundreds of dollars.

Well, you are wrong. Not all forms of gambling the majority are based on luck, just like playing poker and sports betting. Usually, they are based on skills that you need to analyze well and deep research.

You've got a point but luck should never be lost in the factors you need to consider. Even sports betting requires luck, not a luck for bettors like us but most especially for the team ot player himself. I am sure you wouldn't choose to bet on a team with a losing streak compare to a team with no loss, right? . Also, it was a big factor to look when you are in situations in which you can't decide where to bet. For example, the match is between Adesanya and Whittaker (assuming their fight nor yet happened). They are both good and skillful fighters thus they almost got the same chances of winning so the last option you might have is to bet on what your gut feel says.

Back when I was active better on Tennis. I used to have a courtside partner that sat there and gave me all the information of the game before the umpire could enter it into the system. There was quite a delay in those days.
It cannot work any more because there are so much security and cameras these days. If you diligently do research, you might be able to find something. This is also not cheating or illegal.

Big or small odds has nothing to do with be more successful in sport betting. If you are sure you can win all parlays games with big odds, why you shouldn't do it? My friend ever won 1000 odds @0.001 btc in sports betting (at Directbe, when they were still open) and walked out with 1 btc profit

I think analyze really  affect on this, but in other side rely on luck too. Well, it is strategy gambling that actually allow you to analyze both of team/person who play in the match. But in game, anything can be happen. Sometime side that under estimated can win or anything like that. Or maybe small percentage of match being fixed.

Lmao, so technology has proved to be bad for gamblers I see xD I remember when cricket was full of corrption and some very old footages show that how umpires cheat in open field and eyes. Many say back in those days, corruption was less, which I find a myth.
