We can buy whatever amount we like, it's not like we need to buy 1 bitcoin or more. We can choose how much we like to stock or it can be your saving if you have spare money then you can put it in bitcoin and few years from now, you can see how much is your savings worth.

Government are egoist, they are eradicating all of the things that gets on their way that they can't handle. Fiat is their slave, and so we are (if we use fiat), it is true that they banned bitcoin because they can't control it, however with fiat, they could do all things they want from it, they can burn it or remove its price whenever they want to, they are also the one who gives value to fiat because they have the power to do so.

I don't believe that OP did the right statement, Bitcoin never been losing its popularity but instead, it gaining more. Only the price steps down but it actually never been dump too dip.
