We just launched a new P2P trading platform at https://www.globalbitcoins.eu

Feel free to test it out and please report any bugs you might find.

Feature:
- sell and buy bitcoin, litecoin and dash with site escrow
- only 0.5 % fee
- no verification needed (you can verify email, phone, name (via yoti.com) if you like)
- fast support

Planned features so far:
- Individual FEE
- Affiliate system

We are former users of localbitcoins.com but found that now with the new TIER system they are about to implement
everyone must verify their ID, even if you just want to sell bitcoin.

Thats why we created a new platform.

Even if you don't require any kind of verification now the truth is you can't stay KYC free forever, just like what happened to Shapeshift.io and other crypto exchanges they were faced with a requirement they must follow or else their businesses would shutdown. If you are really a legit exchange that is operating legally you know that this requirement for your business is bound to happen and you can't really do anything about it, the governments we have now are focused on illicit activities happening in the industry so you shouldn't be surprised if your government starts going under your skin. By the way, where is the part of your website that I can see more about your company? I only have accessed to your log-in page as well as your support page both of which don't have any contact and company information.

Since the site is under development and you are reliable members of LBC, why not buy/sell using this forum or any trusted forum/site and avoid conducting the transaction by LBC escrow?
Establishing a platform just because you don't agree with LBC's TOS doesn't mean you will succeed, especially with big spending to build a reputation, fight scam and hacking.

1. Yes its a registered company in Estonia.

2. We are not sure that we will be able to do it non-KYC forever, but at this time we are able to.

You are right about the ToS. I dont really see a problem with it since its a first draft that covers the most of it to start with

We have many "customers" that we sell to and buy from that wants us to setup this platform, so we are trying to arrange for them a safe platform to trade on.

Yes the site uses multisig

We use Bitgo as wallet provider for all wallets.

You are right, we can not guarantee forever KYC free.
