It's just that the app is not that popular yet and they only have one game on it. I think it's time for the use OP to be more flexible while accepting the demands of their users. What we suggested here is not that bad, it's for the better of exposing your business. Despite of having a signature campaign, creating a web page version of this app won't hurt the app.
