Thanks for the explanations and i understand it now that before download the app i thought all of coupons can be used for every matches for free without making deposit and seems i have to refill my balance first before used the coupons

Even if you take into account that in the state there is 4G, but the Internet coverage is still not too good.  This kind of application may not work correctly due to the lack of good communication.  But thank you very much for the advice.

If that's the case you might use desktop version on mobile if you are using chrome browser. I have checked previously and it was working fine to me. You may try from your end and hope it will work for you as well. Actually I were suggested to implement even mobile version, but seems team is more interested to upgrade apps instead.

I also made sure that the mobile application is more suitable for Android devices than using a website.  Once again, I was convinced that using the Chrome browser on an Android device, I could not register at all.
