And there already some futures GRAMS trading pair exist,but 'team' did not acknowledge the invest program involved.

This is not good for the adoption and growth of crypto. Instead of supporting new technologies that give convenience to the people, the government by way of SEC is the one giving development and progress a hard time. This sucks! The Telegram project is not rejected by the public itself. It is not rejected by the investors themselves. The entire crypto community is behind it even. Why the SEC has to play the villain role again and again?

It really boils down if they are going to offer it to US customers, we all know that US SEC is really hard on their citizens investing on ICO or tokens as they deem it as securities and should fall under their jurisdiction. For Telegram, I think they can go and continue to go on with their GRAM as long as they going to restrict it and should be put on their ToS just to make it clear.

I think GRAM will continue even though the SEC has not yet given its approval. Telegram itself for developers and bounty hunters is very useful as a medium for brainstorming & asking questions. Therefore, the development of the telegram is inseparable from the world of crypto itself today. The SEC should take care of the bulging developers rather than good projects like this.

I don't know this is good news or bad for rejecting Gram token by Sec. But one thing is clear there are a lot of difficulties and reasons behind crypto regulations, Hope in near future Crypto will be major market after gold.
