is it safe to use changelly.com?

I am looking to do a quick trade for like $250. I wanted to use changelly But their feedback on bitcointalk profile is not promising. Lots of negative reviews as well.

Anyone here from here recently traded there?

Is there any other site more trustworthy than Changelly?

After using Shapeshift i do able to make use changelly but those times where they havent still imposed KYC but im sure they are legit ones.
