What makes CSS different?

Why O2O is rising in Japan?
The reason why O2O has not been popular in Japan so far is that smartphone payments were not so widespread. There was a gap between consumers and merchants because of the lack of online payment services.

Interesting project. Where do you plan to list the token? Security token market is a bit complicated right now. As I see most of the team member is from Singapore but ChainBow Co. is based on Japan right?
I believe that there is a required registered platform that is able to do STO so that you can be compliant to SEC.

ChainBow Co. is based on Japan and the members are working in Japan too. The Security Token CSS is not issued by ChainBow itself but by a Singapore foundation, which is also a shareholder of ChainBow Co.

Singapore foundation is the registered platform that is totally compliant to MAS(Monetary Authority of Singapore) and regulated under SFA(Securities and Futures Act, Cap.289, Rev.Ed).

Hi, the company's name is ChainBow Co., Ltd. The O2O platform's name is "Cercle", a French word. It has no relation to the crypto company "Circle".
"Circle" is a crypto company, as we know. ChainBow is more than a crypto company because it empowers the super huge O2O market by Blockchain technology. Should have a brighter future lol.

What I mean there is the exchange which SEC has approval. STO market is currently in a gray area and very hot in the eyes of SEC, in short, this kind of token is very complicated compared to utility token which can be list easily on any exchange. That 4 exchange they list not license by SEC and has a country restriction. Personally, I will not send my tokens there and trade it seems that exchange has no real traders at all.

In fact, CSS token we are talking about is exactly the utility token that can be traded in any exchange.
The security token CFS(Cercle Foundation Share) is not mentioned in this thread but described in the white paper. CFS cannot be traded anywhere but only pledged as securities.

1. Does it have a sound business plan and original and not a copy paste idea?

ChainBow is the pioneer of the O2O business in Japan. We have a sound business plan that can be seen in the roadmap.
The important thing is: It’s totally different from the Blockchain projects which make money mainly by speculation.
(For some people, it's hard to understand how it could make money not by speculation.)
Because ChainBow is providing a PROFITABLE service by its O2O platform called "Cercle".

2. Does it already have an MVP?

ChainBow has already provided service in Japan market. Many shops and users have been using it already for some months.

3. Does it have a Github repository already?

Yes, but most Github repositories we have some private because we are a commercial company and we have to protect our IP.
We also have some public Github repositories but maybe people are not interested in it.

4. Do the development team are capable in delivering the product?

The development team have implemented the product already. The remaining work is to improve and some new features.

5. Does the team's identities verifiable or have been verified?

We are known in Japan O2O market but not famous overseas.

6. Does it have a realistic roadmap?

Product roadmap has been realized and it's good enough to provide services to make profit.
