I agree that there seems to be that big potential of XRP eventually overtaking Eth as the number two in the line and who knows maybe even taking over the whole world of cryptocurrency. I mean we just don't know what will really happen here and predictions can be proven right, wrong and sometimes beyond our expectations.

Although predictions can’t be made entirely on assumptions and observation on charts, it can be considered as a reference. As per the charts, major resistances are seen at $0.39 to $0.50 which can be quite a hurdle. If XRP continues to fly at the same pace it will break the above resistances without any least effort and hit the possible targets at $0.33 to $0.50, $0.68, $1.21, $3.9 to $4. 

However, it can take still some months of continuous growth before I would say that definitely XRP is taking over the 2nd spot. We don't know yet what will be the market reaction to the scheduled Ethereum 2.0 promised by Vitalik Buterin and if things will go with that then there is a lesser chance for XRP to eventually kick Eth from its current position. Again, things can be full of surprises in cryptocurrency that is sometimes I usually do not listen too much on predictions/projections because most them are just that...predictions.

CZ is planning to peg xrp it as a token and use it as a pair on binance dex, they haven't done that with eth (only bnb, btc and fiat) so i am assuming that at least they have bigger plans for it then to eth. Or they see eth pairs as a direct competition so they will not add it for that reason.

ETH is jealous. It does not like to see BTC close to anyone else.
This had happened a short time ago but everything sat at its place before long. Instead of climbing up, I think XRP should be in lower positions, there are dozens of altcoins worthy of its whereabouts. We do not know how the 28% increase will result. If it does, it is quite likely that it will only be a temporary thing. Even if ETH does fall to #3 again, the launch of Ethereum 2.0 is bound to bring it back up, imo.

There's a possibility that it could happen because XRP grab the second spot although not holding it for too long, I never imagine that XRP could reach this level, there are so many holders for selling their share in the past for a fraction of the price now and I'm one of them but if it ever happens it will be after Eth's update, if we still see the same scenario.

There are many promising coins to invest at this moment that the prices are still low but what scares the investors is the risk of losing profit since there's no assurance on when will the market recover and what coin will experience the recovery. I completely agree with your opinion, and I also believe that the whole situation that happened with Ripples, when this coin took second place in the cryptocurrency market, was the result of a marketing move by the developers.  But we really must evaluate the importance of ethereum and ripples separately, after which ethereum clearly seems to be the most important asset for many investors, which will make it impossible to take second place for the ripples.

But if you look at how big the trading volume has been in the last 24 hours, then XRP really can't match Ethereum. Usually if Bitcoin goes up, XRP goes up, then Ethereum also goes up. That is why I am not sure that the market capitalization of XRP is able to defeat Ethereum.

Personally, I see no one reason why XRP should suddenly become cryptocurrency number two. XRP had taken the number 2 position couple of times in 2018 when this centralized currency boomed and made a huge pumping and reached the all time high of $3.84 in January 4 2018

But now.no I don’t see any possibilities of ripple taking ethereum place again,and seeing ETH capitalization?certainly no taking over will happen this soon,maybe in future

Ripple doesn't have many major changes this year and the coin is having a lot of big problems so if you choose this coin as a long-term investment then the risk will come to you anytime. I never liked coins that had a big supply because it would have a lot to do with profit. In fact, Ethereum has more potential for development because it is the only coin with the best development technology in the market and always loved by everyone.

I personally only believe in what is good for the future and Ethereum will probably solve all those problems in our daily lives.

If ETH does nothing to improve things, I hope that it would be replaced, but not by XRP. This is the worst "altcoin" that exists on the crypto market and in general has nothing in common with actual crypto currencies.

Even though XRP is centralized I also agreed it has the ability to replaced ETH going by the market CAP, past price history shows that its really a coin that worth Hodling for a long term with a potential profit unlike ETH, using 4 hour time frame of XRP/USP chart as a reference shows how profitable it is by buying XRP at low and selling high thus making profits consistently unlike ETH.

XRP has been number 2 in cap a few times, they have a great use case and I don't see why they can't hit number 2 again. I agree that ETH looks underpriced, but so does XRP, and XRP history shows it can have those sudden huge price surges in a way that ETH cannot.

BCH is a pointless shitcoin money-grabbing fork. But yes the price is still holding up quite well. Long-term I'm not sure about this coin, I can't see any use case nor any reason beyond speculation why it should stay above $0.
