Why we buy new token or coin?

What is the most reason to buy new token or new coin, to trade it in the market or to spend it if there something to spend it?
I am talking here that token or coin already listing in exchanges.
And not tokens exchanges such as BNB.

For some high level applications. Perhaps your favorite casino, book store, code index etc. forces you to use a specific token to in their operations. If you really like the application that much you will surely buy that token and start participating in the environment. This brings us to the point of how crypto needs to take a step towards value in useful applications rather than value in speculation.

Buying a new token will help us to make a profit through trading because we are seeing the expansion of cryptocurrency transaction are kept increasing. There are some coins which we need to hold them in the long term because experts are predicting there are chances to increase their prices in the coming days.

When traders enter in a coin obviously they have a target of benefits either it's new or old coin. If there is few reason why people want to buy new coin when listed on exchange. First thing is, traders want to take advantage of volatility. You can see when an exchange list a coin then that coin prices pump suddenly, sometimes also dump as well. So traders take profits from it. Second thing is, few traders expect good returns from that coin in near future. This case often happens if project is enough potential. Some people enter new coin for trade only, they don't think too much, I mean they are day traders. That's how traders being involved with a new coin.

I buy a coin for utility and trading reason, in terms of utility purposes; I sometimes use bitcoin in my daily transactions like paying bills. But I often buy cryptocurrencies because I'm a trader. That's the reason we need think of before buying new token/coins because some are just making a hype and providing fake volume to increase the investors.

This is one of the reason why crypto projects are not last long right now because new projects is coming almost every day and the investors are just coming for quick profits and will move to another projects in days. So the previous projects will collapse and price drops to zero.

The primary reason why crypto-currency enthusiast/investors is buying some new coins/tokens in the market is just because they are hoping that in one day it might be experience a price boost and earn a profit out of it. In short everyone is just speculating in the new coins/tokens that's why they bought it for the first place. while in trading its different since you are not holding those coins/tokens for a long period of time because you are just waiting your target price and then you can sell it at any moment.

Exactly. Simply because they want to take the risk that someday this new coin or token they bought will be successful as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc become. Personally, I tried it before, I used to buy a coin that would I think will give me a huge profit and this really became trend way back 2017 let say some of the coins manage to make a name. However, as the bearish market arrives it's been hard for other coins to pull through that is why I leave it for a moment and prioritized the top-ranked coins since it has a high chance of getting a return.

Good point there pal, now that most coins are cheap its better to go for those with low max supply like millions because once market start growing green they will rise quickly, atomic wallet is not bad
