Sorry but I find it funny at first read. I thought you're pertaining Satoshi being single (relationship status) just like you. 

Kidding aside, we can't really tell since we don't have strong evidence and proof. There's also a big possibility that Satoshi is a group of people. If he's a single person then he's really genius to create bitcoin. For my opinion, I'm looking at Satoshi Nakamoto as a singe person. I can't argue with others since I'm not sure either but this is what I perceive about Satoshi.

have never wondered what was his marital status , besides it hasn't been proven that it was a one person and not a group of people
his messages does seem to belong to one person , but we don't know how many individuals have been working together with him
as for picturing Satoshi and his personal life ,I'd imagine he was single and lonely , at least this is the way his image is in my head

I thought this whole Satoshi Nakamoto identity hunting will just die in due time. But it seems that I am very wrong. Instead of dying a natural death, it even worsens. It includes Satoshi's marital status now.

Satoshi Nakamoto was not married nor single because the name was probably referring to a team. If that name was referring to an individual, the marital status is totally insignificant to what the name has left to us and to the whole world.

All i know is that no body knows if the name Satoshi nakamoto is a single person or a group of people or just a name of a company behind this valuable coin that exist in crypto planet. So far many are coming as an individual and not group so we can say not 100% sure no group comes here claiming they are Satoshi Nakamoto,   but so far all these efforts by this individual, has gone to waste, cannot prove that they are Satoshi all of them failed on one proof and that is opening the real Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet, the community is still looking for the one that can open it.

You're right, finding who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto won't give us anything, he (them) won't even give bitcoins to whoever find him (them) and did you really guys think for even a second that he (them) will let you guys find him (them), I don't think so, he's too smart to create bitcoin and he is beyond smart to secure his identity well hidden so nobody knows where he is.

Who cares whether Satoshi is a single person or group of computer programming geniuses. No one is really interested in this. People always worry about things that are not really necessary to be worried about. We just have to accept the fact that Satoshi didn't want the world to know his/her identity. This will not help in the adoption of bitcoin into the main financial ecosystem.
