Well technically they believe that Bitcoin is a mark of the Beast.

So bitcoin is the one ring made by Sauron?

Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

Well technically they believe that Bitcoin is a mark of the Beast.

Are you talking about the stories we are told by the church?
The same church and priests that live a glorious life while telling you to be humble?
The same church and priests that RAPED innocent children in Indonesia when supposedly they went to help after the tsunami?

If yes, then NO and YES, even though I am not U.S. I can tell you that NO Bitcoin is not the mark of the beast and YES Bitcoin marks the end of days for bankers.
You see the power has been turned in to the peoples hands, like it should have been in the first place.

Thank you Smiley

I do not believe Bitcoin is the Mark of the Beast or that it has anything to do with Money at all. Just Google "666 Greek" for the answer.

Note: The question is not if you believe, but how many overall entertain such a notion.

America has no interest in this stuff.  They wish for USD to remain dominate globally.  That's why wherever you go, they'll always accept USD.

However, bitcoins wont replace payment methods in most of your local marketplace.  It'll likely shine for people selling digital goods, such as games, apps, services watever, and do it very cheap. Like buying a 25¢ game or 10¢ app and sell it in huge volumes to all the new stuff still to come.

The universal currency is a must and absolutly necessary for internet based activity.  It will never eliminate your govornment's paper money, just like gold wasn't able to do, but I belive for stability against economic and political turmoil, your best bet is to sink money into bitcoin. Now we're looking at it as a commodity.  It's still too early to classify what it is.  Perhaps it's something so new we can't classify it under existing categories.  Afterall, it's an experiment and we're all part of it.

Naturally all govornments will fear this because it's new and they don't understand it nor can control it so they just wanna hammer that nail in.  Too bad that nail will break the fucking hammer and the man's hand.

I believe that instead of pondering the future of Bitcoin and what it could become, let's focus on what it is now and it's issues at hand.

It is great to speculate but don't let that override your judgement and understanding.
