3. BinanceSGD launches XRP/SGD
4. XPRING invests in BRDHQ
5. Brad garlinghouse CEO of Ripple goes wild in social media
6. Hodor becomes XRP developer

Based on this news and HUGE adoption of Ripple in many banks in the world maybe it's time XRP price start to spike up.

How much it will go HIGH?

This is the tricky question.

Some says the pattern is almost identical with previous years trend.
So the possiblity of price upper chart also should be almost same.

XRP is weird in that there is often good news that should reflect in the coin price, but doesn't. Some of this is no doubt due to the dumping of extra tokens into circulation by Ripple. This is a contentious issue. However the XRP price does look too low at present relative to BTC and ETH. Everybody knows XRP is full-centralized coin because of that they are able to manipulate the price and gaining a pump in every possible way, it happened many times when altcoins were dumping while XRP pumped, do not underestimate the power of centralized coin because they are able to determine the fate of the project itself.
I am sure we are able to see it mooning again in the future not because of their technology and partnership but because of their total manipulation.

none of the things you listed here matter even a little bit for a centralized garbage coin like XRP. the only thing that matters (and have ever mattered historically speaking) is when the foundation decides they want to spend money pumping this shitcoin. and when the do, they don't need any reasons backing their pump up. they just pump it. this has always been the case with XRP and so far we have not seen any major attempts coming from them, possibly because they are too satisfied with the profit they got from the newbies during the last pump 2 years ago.

First of all I do not say anything about India and I am not "salty" as you described because this is what we are and we were seeing. Let's talk about the fact now, did you remember what did they do a year ago? they donated $4 million of XRP to Ellen DeGeneres if that is not manipulation then what it is?
and another thing they did yesterday, they made a partnership with Binance to create XRP-BF2 and allowed Binance to mint 10 millions of token.

People who like to invest in centralized coins and the banking sector might invest in XRP but that does not necessarily mean that the price will rise, i invested when the coin came out and i made my profit and never bothered to invest in it again and i am not confident enough to invest in it again even with all these development.

With the discussions of Libra many people start to tell XRP will die. But when we check the activities of Libra, we will see that the price of XRP increasing constantly. Tough decision to make since there's always two sides of investment patterned to consider. XRP if according to the last time high, still a good coin
to store if you have patience and you are willing to take the risk. The market needs to be interpreted according to your own understanding and not
just because of certain opinions and predictions.

You need to make an statement if you truly believes the project and you are willing to stand firmly with your decision to whichever coin you decide to invest your money.

In case of low demand for the Ripple network we may see when the price of coin may fall even lower. No one knows what developer`s Ripple Labs will do with their unsold coins...Today starts the era of new decentralized crypto solutions, e.g. Libra has more possibilities with it`s blockchain and bigger investor potential audience.
The banking sector uses XRP due to the lack of quality crypto alternatives, but will this cooperation continue in 2020? I`m not confident really.

the only significant news i saw was that of moneygram but probably the binance DEX XRP-pegged token  must have helped this spike.  extra ordinary partnership really and its a DEX, first time I've heard. if more dex to come with XRP in it, XRP will be great again.

It depends on market conditions, because alt will follow the price of BTC, well, but if there is development of the project, it is not impossible that the price will rise even though market conditions are sluggish, but the highest increase is still from the bullrun

the key to price increases is a large increase in demand. if there are product updates and rising market movements but if trade and investment demand do not increase then the movement will remain slow.
