Projects nowadays are with referral programs now because it would spread the name faster and hard to abuse. 2017 is a big part of history because that is where the hype begun. Along with it is the airdrop that you are longing for, they are the thing of the past and can never be created again.

The airdrops and bounties are so famous right now. The next thing is the scammers are using this method to get followers, steal KYC documents, steal private keys and many more. Another thing is most airdrops and bounties getting a large number of participants. That means the rewards will be decreased per each participant.

As I read the post of the community here looks like I am late to be active here in the crypto currency. The time have passed for me to earn on the airdrop. But still I wanna try it even it is a garbage or just a waste of time for the others. Guys please send me some link to be part of some community to recieve airdrop. Indeed airdrops and prizes in 2017 are glorious periods where we can make hundreds of dollars, but it's all over. There are no more airdrops that generate hundreds of dollars this year, 2018 many dead projects and constant fraud against ICO, 2019 is still the same as many plagiarism scamers copying white papers and stealing team pictures to outwit investors, so I think scamer still often happens. and currently there are still many projects that have not been as successful.

That used to be that way three years ago, they only ask for the address and will just send you the token, but now they are asking too many things like all your important information who you are where you live and so many things even your financial capability, you are also obliged to promote their airdrop or project to all your social media or complete a task, it's not an airdrop anymore it's more of a bounty campaign now.

Old airdrop was profitable in the year 2017. Even their project was not good or they just to make token without the project, you won't believe that you can earn around $50 - $500 that time. Nowadays they are really garbage now, it's a waste of time.

It's a good mindset to have now as a newbie, I'm not sure how long have you been in crypto but it's important for you to learn how the space goes and grow from there. Airdrops are a good source of way to earn tokens just by doing tasks for the project, but be careful because there are campaigns that will just suddenly stop because they failed to raise funds which in result, will stop their bounty campaign and make your efforts go to waste.

Before participating in free tokens, you should also research the background of the team and project to make sure that things will pull off. Thankyou sir for the info. I go to the website of DAO Maker. it says there that it is a social mining. I don't understand it clearly. But do I have to invest some amount of money there? Do they give airdrop? What can I do to help their project?

Because it's now over. It's not going to happen again that an airdrop would likely to give you more than $100, it's all done. Don't fall for an airdrop if it promises you to give more than that. The reality now is that most of the airdrops aren't giving that much and the minimum that they can give is about $5 and the maximum could be around $20 or something like that. Those good airdrops that you have before can simply be part of your memory and history of cryptocurrencies.

Lol old days are gone and scammers did find the perfect way to make profit out of nothing.and why would they give freebies when they can just promise anyone and then after profiting gone away?lol this is 2019 and sooner 2020 don’t expect to gain with that simplest task.

Cryptocurrency has gone too far now and the value is quite expensive not like when the airdrop are being help that crypto’s almost have a cents value but now hundred and thousands already

Well before the ICO hype began the airdrops are pretty reasonable amount before and the ICOs way back then have pretty good teams and the projects have promising to be he top altcoins nowadays, when the scammers saw this opportunity, they created shitty tokens, fake teams just to attract investor to invest their shitty project and when they reached their quota they will ran away. Oh i missed those days...
